Agreed. Doses should definitely stay the same. Plus I'm nowhere near my genetic potential... just trying more so to get extremely strong at 210lbs. I'm already gaining more weight than wanted.

Well well.
I've been running 300mg test e, 400mg mast E, and 300-400mg mast p per week.
Was going to add in EQ, but I will be saving that for when I get shredded up.

My plan still stands to run for 12 weeks, BUT I am thinking about going the cruise route. I have PCT on hand, but if I'm wanting to do this physique shit I'm thinking I might want to pick up the blast and cruise technique.

Instead of PCT I'm thinking an 8 week cruise @ 200mg test E with a reverse diet adding ~100 cals per week until I start gaining weight. I will hold that calorie intake until I hit a plateau again.
Going into my blast I'm thinking one of two things....
1-12 Test E @750mg
1-12 EQ @ 900mg

Or

1-12 Test E @500mg
4-12 NPP @600mg

I have a bunch of Test E and EQ on hand right meow, but I've wanted to try NPP for a while.
Also might run masteron with these as well because... I love it.

Thoughts?? Questions?? Concerns?? Recommendations?

That being said you can the npp in the cycle layout you have if you extend it to 16 weeks. Start test EQ
week 3 start NPP
week 9 drop NPP for Mast P

I've been trying this bodybuilding split for a few days and it's fun, but I leave the gym with too much energy left in the tank.
I love those explosive movements.
Lift 300lbs as fast as possible, rest 30 seconds, and do it again.
I might start mixing my power and speed work in. I miss it.

Thats what im sayin. I mean unless you really want to compete then i dont see the point in it. You already have a good physique, i would personally just train for what is the most enjoyable for me, thats why i just kind of mix it all up.

He fuckin really is! Hes like 100lbs lighter than me and lifts about 400000lbs more than me on the big 3.

I dont think you will need that much npp based on your previous experiences man. 600 may be too fuckin much you will just blow up like a tick lol.

I could take like 60-70mg ED and explode in 4 weeks. Then drop it and run the mast slightly higher in the 600-700mg range and end looking freaky. You dont need a lot off npp in my experience especially when you are used to using compounds that dont aromatize as much like EQ/Mast. First time I ran NPP i was blown away at how fast it filled me out but I had a bulking diet fairly high in carbs and sodium and just look like a balloon in comparison to what im used to

Damn yeah idk. I'm running ~300mg test and I've already put on more weight than expected. Thought the mast would help keep me down.
Honestly getting big isn't my main goal. Recomp more so, just trying to get strong.
Would rather be 210 power cleaning 335 than 240 and shredded.

Sprints man. Plus for a long time.... from like age 16 up until this week, all my training was really pick up a heavy thing and move it from point a to point b as fast as possible.

Like 305 on power clean this coming week ;)

So I'm sitting here... and they start to melt, and this fucker starts leaking into my cupholder.

Turns out one of the cups had a hole in the bottom, so I felt pretty obligated to drink it before it all melted and drained through this hole.

Idk how many calories it was, but I do know they are going to get put to good use at the gym tomorrow ;) I'm feline pretty frisky

Hit 265 for 4 x3 on pin press. Really easy shoulda done 275.
Resistance band 225, 3 sets of 9 or 10. Wasn't really counting honestly.
Burn out set of 225 for 15 or 16.
Bunch of other jazz.... too much to type from my phone.
Too many muscle groups. Going to go back to cutting out the arm work.... splitting it into back, shoulders, legs, chest.
Will write up a new one.... again..............

Here it is. You guys get a little taste of what it is Leancuisine listens to.

Only got 8 reps. This was my 3rd set of the band presses, and the box jump was my first. Usually use the bumper plates and stack 3 and a quarter in there but this guy was using the 45 bumpers for deads.


Strong work. Idk much about bands, just kinda do my own thing, but don't ya want the bands tight through out the press?? Not talkin shit or anything, just asking. I know those purple ones are heavy duty. I use the green ones...they pull the bar down pretty quick. Lol

Yes I usually do have them tight, and I usually use the green ones too, but one of my gyms green bands snapped so I had to use the heavy duty ones, and honestly if I had them tight throughout the whole movement I wouldn't have been able to get more than 2 reps haha, if that!!
I set them so it would kick in about half way through the press so it would help with sticking points.
