You're a freak!! I mean that in a nice way. I'd like to see that program when you get a chance. I did some resistance band benching today, I like em better than chains....mostly bc my gym is straight ghetto and only have one set of chains.
1/4 century always sounds older. Lol If you had good results at 600 imo you should stay there. You've got plenty of time to up the doses.
Agreed. Doses should definitely stay the same. Plus I'm nowhere near my genetic potential... just trying more so to get extremely strong at 210lbs. I'm already gaining more weight than wanted.
I gotta jump on my computer and and save the program as a pdf. Just a quick second.
