so soak in isopropyl and then dry them at 200f, doc?I dry them off in the oven at ~200deg and no issues.

thank you, sir. guessing theres no trace of alcohol left to contaminate the brew,huh?It's what I do. I think you could also autoclave them if you wanted. I don't think those temps would melt them but not positive.

thanks, doc...If you dry them out in the oven the alcohol will evaporate.

When I use to us a 45 and I thought heat was necessary to sterile, I used as high as 325. Have an experiment and bake one. Let us know when it burns up.
They are sturdy. I bake my vials at 300ish along with the stoppers. I place the stopper in the vial. Inject sterile gear into it with the stopper in, and when I have 10ml, I cap it. It is a good as the pharmacy.Yeah, gonna do that. Will have to wait till next week cuz i just burned my one day off.
