I am 1 week into my second cycle atm.
When I started my first cycle I was sitting at #102. My stats are 5'5 but now weighing #110. I am 34 yrs young.[emoji14]
I'm married with 2 kids and my goals are to tone up and add some muscle.
I started this transformation when I learned that I have upper mid & lower scoliosis. It's been one hell of a marathon so far. Yes the struggle is very real. I am a military brat so the blood in these veins don't give up & don't give in. Kinda like go go gadget mum here. LOL!
I would like to possibly step on stage one day. I think it will be awesome to show off the bikini bod I'll be working my ass off so hard for. Annnd Instead of rushing into this I'm thinking for this year it's research for the mind & a shit ton of training to prep the body.

My cycle consist of:
Primo E 50mg week split
Anavar 10mg
1iu Nordtropin

My normal workout consists of these excersises until failure.
I do full body workouts 3-4x a week & ride my bike every morning for 20 minutes.

Squats
Leg extensions
Lounges
Crunches
Pushups
Calf raises
Weighted shrugs
Shoulder press
Incline bench press
Bicep curls
Rope pull down's
Ect...
