Hi been lurking in the shadows on here for quite some time so thought I'd introduce myself , I'm just back in the gym after a year out with injuries due to a car crash (fuc*ing drunk driver crashed into me)
Taking things slow in the gym at the moment and hoping muscle memory isn't a myth
