Oh the ol trukkers arm. I did longhaul for 6 months for my stepdad the first summer I got my rig licence and my left arm was so incredibly freckled and tan then the rest of my body was Casper the fricken ghost. Most people say jacked and tan but I think we should start a jacked and pale trend! Plus tanning causes cancer right so F that.

225 OHP for reps is beastly.
 
Push press 225 I can do all day long!! Seated..... ehhh maybe 6 or 7 on a goI'd day.
Haven't don't much straight up and down shoulder pressing... I always do mine at an angle.
I don't like straight shoulder days
Keeps me laid up for a week at least
Dont know why. So I just work them on bench presses and back work. Nothing really direct

I used to pair shoulders and back all the time. Just recently added in a shoulder specific day....
This past few months I've ran through just about every type of workout short of a Richard Simmons club jam.
