They can't disclose much as far as reasons for termination, just that you were terminated from your job. Unless you try to use someone as a character reference. If you get fired, you just got fired. Not like you'll be branded as a junkie for the rest of your days.
 
The only reason to sign anything is for an agreement to keep this under wraps, or something in your favor. If it's NOT in your favor, you have nothing to lose by walking out without signing anything. That signature is for THEIR benefit, not yours, so don't bother helping those that fire you. Hell, then you can tell your next employer something to the affect of you being fired for not signing some BS agreement they insisted on. It can't be discussed, so it may win you a favor and still partially true.

Could you have possibly been at a party and ate some snacks, say, brownies, that might have been tainted without your knowledge? I was at a wedding and a fella was nice enough to spike my punch without me knowing. I was nice about it, but it pissed me off since I don't drink. I dunno, just tossing out some thoughts...

Ask for a blood test - tell them you've heard it's more accurate.

Seriously, though, there's a way more than zero chance you'll simply pa's anyway. Dud tests, below threshold, lab cock up, miracle...

So was this a urine test? If so, why didnt you just buy a quickfix from a smoke shop? I pass everytime.

It was a random urine test, they don't give you a heads up first. If your employer does then you've got it good bro. Kind of defeats the purpose of the test though if he says, "Hang on I gotta run to get something at the store first."
 
Haha everyone that smoked at a warehouse i worked just kept them in their cars. They would get sent out to go test and they have 30 min to do so to a close facility. Gives you enough time to run to a gas station pop that sucker in 10 seconds at a time and lets go! People would also slang them whenever someone needed one. A quick 40, double up on price, but hey, what do you rather pay, 40 or your job?
 
@Switcher I'm a grown man, I'll take responsibility for my actions. The sex on weed is incredible with this chick. And @Gramps I'll go with that. Say I found out after the fact and didn't wantto say anything because I figured it'd be out if my system and in the past
 
Also, have any of you ever heard of steroids like tren interfering with a urinalysis? Maybe affecting the kidneys in some way? Or ramping up my metabolism to the point I'm not storing metabolites in fat? I'm on about 100mg tren ace/ 100mg mast prop/ 75mg test prop for the past 7 weeks, I've been quite dehydrated lately, the piss in that cup was yellow and bubbly and smelled a bit... like a tren piss should

Tren or no Tren, if you are going to piss hot you're going to piss hot. The only way out of it is using someone else's urine or diluting the sample. I used to dilute the sample and would smoke weed while on my way to the test. Never once failed.
 
So if I get a call from an MRO asking me why I have a positive result for thc, what would my options be? Cause I have no idea what I'd say
 
when i worked in the oilfield we had tons of people on my crew who smoked weed on a daily basis, we would get random drug tests all the time and they never failed a test.
they told me they would just buy one of those detox drinks that costed about 20-$40 and drink it an hour before the test, obviously they wont always work.

I've heard from some bosses/crew chiefs i worked with that blowing your load then pissing straight away for your test works Lmao wouldn't ever try it though.
 
Do they send a positive test to mass spec to verify BEFORE calling you, or after calling and asking you about the positive result?
 
Takes about 5-7 days to find out if you failed. If you fail and deny it or lie your only digging a bigger hole brother. Wait and see and take it from there. GL
Side note- those detox drinks can also show up on a urine test as a masking agent ...instant fail.Fyi
 
As for diluting, I've never had to take the test, but ones I've seen had temp strips on them. I would say it's not a safe bet to count on being able to dilute it in case your test were to use the temp reading unless you had to time to "warm it back up".
