Felt like shit today but I worked through it.. insomnia ... lack of sleep is getting to me... not sure if its the tren or the fucking prednisone (spelled wrong) but I gotta figure something out...

if anyone wants a layout of my meal plan I can provide the details but at this point its basically cramming as much in as I can handle and then adding protein shakes throughout the day and before bed...
216 today... first time ive broken the 215 mark in my life... probably water but ill take it at this point and let the cutting phase take care of it in july...
Oh and I fucked my girl before I went to the gym.. may have had something to do with my being fatigued ... when running tren its almost impossible for me to bust a nut so I have to work at it ... lol.. I finally made her lay there like she was dead.. JK...
