Ive ran my fair share of tren cycles. Pin EOD man. The only difference I feel from pinning ED vs EOD is the pip in my ass. Fuck all that pinning. You don't need to pin ED. Also when I pin my left delt I feel the tren instantly. It sucks ass and I always think its the one thats gonna kill me. Fuck a bunch of xanax or valium. Cant really help you on the sides. Im a lucky one and dont get them. Some times I get real hot at night but its from eating carbs. Cut the carbs before bed and it will help with night sweats.

Leg day today... felt great ... lower back didn't seem to bother me much other than being tight.... squats felt good but only pushed about 80% to be safe..... I gotta invest in a back belt.... age is finally catching up with me...

This is a log and you need to lay your shit out. Anyone can start one of these and just say that they trained legs today. We want to hear about what you lifted and for how many reps/sets. Get it on paper and lay it out here. Im old school and carry a notepad with me. I would kill someone over that note pad. It will help you brother. When I ran my log it took up my whole life out side of work. I literally worked, trained, logged, slept, repeated. "You build it and they will come." Your gonna get out of this what you put in it. I fucking hated logging all my crap in detail but ya know what? That was the only time Ive ever been under 10% bf and I was still breaking PRs. The guys here saw that I put in the work with my log,training and diet and pushed my ass and called me a pussy every step of the way. Couldn't of done it with out them. Now get off your ass pussy and lets get serious. :D

216 today... first time ive broken the 215 mark in my life... probably water but ill take it at this point and let the cutting phase take care of it in july...

Oh and I fucked my girl before I went to the gym.. may have had something to do with my being fatigued ... when running tren its almost impossible for me to bust a nut so I have to work at it ... lol.. I finally made her lay there like she was dead.. JK...
 
Also got labs back today and im hep c negative... long story but when I went in for my yearly check up I had already started the dbol ( prior to getting sick) so my liver enzymes were slightly elevated... couldn't exactly tell the doc why so I got stuck with a fucking test... anyway ....

If your doc draws labs and your liver values are elevated from an oral and you know the oral is the cause - you should disclose that or he will be trying to diagnose all kinds of obscure liver problems or diseases to try and figure out what's wrong. Unless pointless and possibly invasive tests sound like a good time, you should make it easier for the both of you.

I honestly thought that would be the end of it.... and I kind of wanted the test anyway because in 2012 I struggled with drug use for a year ... needles.. all that bullshit.... I was pretty sure I was good but didn't hurt to double check.... now they want me to go in July for an abdominal ultrasound. ..lol... fuck me!... the good news is by July I will be done with the orals and everything should be back to normal...

The abdominal ultrasound is because of the elevated liver values I'm guessing. Damn lol, yeah it's really a good idea to let them know you're doing something that would cause elevated liver values. Some of the tests they might want to do can be a pain in the ass.

I agree but we're not dealing with your average primary care doc..... it's the va and I get a pretty nice disability check for getting fucked up in Iraq so I don't want to say anything that might effect that

So far I like the combo of tren and npp.... haven't had cramping issues with dbol like last time either.... tren sides are kicking my ass but I like some of them.... the sleep is a fucking problem and the fucking morning wood that sticks around half the day is becoming an issue....

Wait to give bloods. Wait a few weeks and then give them and you will feel like a new man. You just started your cycle so your RBC isn't even high yet. You will definitely have to miss the gym if you donate before going to the gym. After I donate I feel weak and usually go home and take a nap.
