hi guys new to the forum so take it easy on me .

I'm looking to run a cycle for Lean gains and fat loss. I have a couple of cycles under my belt so I'm not a complete beginner.

What I have is test enthante 40ml Tbol and airmadex

I was planning on running

Test e 250mg for first 4 weeks
Increasing to 500mg 4-8 weeks
750mg 8-12
1000mg for the remaining
And Tbol as a kick start at 40mg first 4 weeks
Airmadex when or if needed mainly for water retention

Maybe I'm starting to low on test I'm not sure or mayb I need to add some more stuff again I'm not sure

What do you guys think ?

My stats are 31 yrs old
5'11
185lbs bf 18-21 %
 
Fat loss mainly but I'm assuming while On the juice some lean gains are expected as long as diet n macros in check
 
What's your PCT? What's your hypothesis behind increasing test every 4 weeks. You know the result you will have in week 10 with enanthate? You will have killed your own test production and then a tiny bit more than that. Why would you do that, and need to wait until week 14 for the rumble in the jungle to happen? D
 
What did you run for your last cycle and what kind of gains did you achieve?
My first cycle was test and dbol gains were approx 20lbs majority water weight ended up losing 8-12 lbs after cycle.

2nd cycle was tren and test gains were a bit slower but a lot more cleaner.

3rd was test and eq again not much increase in weight but I'm assuming this was due to calorie deficit started seeing more veins and reduced bf strength was steady increasing every few weeks.

So this is my 4th again my main goal will be lean mass while reducing bf I have Ramadan coming up so due to fasting I will be trying to mantain the muscle mass I have with compound exercises expecting some bf and muscle loss.

After Ramadan approx 3 weeks in I'm planning on running the cycle what's your experience with cycles and what would you think of Tbol and test I'm trying to keep it basics and cost effective Aswel.

Lol just trying to keep the body guessing so gains do not stop as soon as my body gets use to the dose I'll increase it, it was advised by coach to try the method he also advised to add more Orals switching every 4 weeks but want to keep my liver safe so decided against it.

Again what's your experience cycle and what do you think of this theory of upping dose ?

I think the theory is broscience and that your coach needs to be fired.

I think his coach must be rich pineapple and should be burnt on the fire like a witch doctor .... At various degrees to keep the body guessing how quickly it will fry.

@OP, I'm all for experimenting and like to do it to get to know my own body. Your experiment is going to crash your test production and keep you in hormone starvation for 6 weeks until you up to 500mg, so either read up, get a calculator, understand the esters, half life's and effective times .... Or do like 99% of us and follow a tried and tested method: test e at 500/week throughout.

Ok will take you advice and stick with 500mg all the way through will save me 20ml of test what about the Tbol is the doseage 40mg sufficient as a kik starter.

What's your guys of running t3 and clen last 4 week to speed up fat loss.

Nolva and clomid for pct
 
Also my brand of test is binacol form any of you guys heard of this brand
