That's me, right there. A bit spludgy, no real definition but tone, no love handles, no gut.

I was tested at my gym. I figured I was lower but that's what I was told.
I'm really interested in BB and am going to consult a trainer. Maybe the gym is wrong? I'm sure a good trainer can get an accurate bf%
Reverse grip on back day from time to time and my forearms blow the fuck up.
I feel like bf% can be misleading. What is the best way to get it? I know calipers can be used, I had some handheld electronic device tell me where I was at. Any others?
If you Google Omron BF calculator you will see it. Might be junk....
Thx manDexa scan or water dunk are supposed to be the only two reasonably accurate methods, or so I've read elsewhere.
