Test C & Dbol Cycle Log

Hey all,

I've been lurking on these forums for awhile now and finally decided to sign up and get started. This will be my second cycle, first was a Test E only cycle to gauge my bodies reaction to test. I ran that @ 500 mgs / week over 12 weeks. Came into the cycle at 140 and shredded 4-6% body fat and came out at 155 6-8% body fat. My body handled the test well and I greatly enjoyed all it gave me. Even better was that following PCT I only lost two pounds. I've waited nearly a year to give it a shot at #2 and have worked back to and maintained 155 lbs (working less to get big and more to get back to 4-6% bf). So now that I'm here I've decided to get big and up the ante and throw in some good ol dbol. My stats are as follows:

Age: 22
Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 155 lbs
Years Training: ~3 (on and off ~6)

Now for the cycle:

Weeks 1-4: Pharmacom Dianabol @ 30mg / day

Weeks 1-10: Pharmacom Testosterone Cypionate @ 750 mgs / week with 750 mg frontload

*I went with 750mg per week due to the fact that the absolute longest I can run the cycle is for 10 weeks. The idea behind this is that at a higher dose per week optimum levels of test would be reached earlier than when running a lower dose, somewhat making up for the 2 weeks I'd lose.

PCT:

Clomid 50/25/25/25

I have arimidex on hand. I understand some of you guys would rather run it a week before or the day of the first pin, in order to avoid any potential for gyno. However, I did it this way my first cycle and had absolutely no gyno and feel I'm not all too prone.

I will not be running HCG, I can deal with small balls. After all, the smaller the balls the "bigger" the jerky, right???

Now for the diet... I have averaged 2,800-3,000 calories for the past 3 months with a 40/30/30 (carbs/fats/proteins) split, and will continue to do so. On off days I get about 180 grams of protein and on training days I get about 220.

I have already started this cycle and today ends week one. I will post the one week progress update shortly. If anyone has any questions or, even better, advice, ask away. Although I wasn't a member of the forum until now, I have utilized so much information in the stretch leading up to this point and for that I thank you all.

As promised, here is the week 1 update

Week 1 Update:

I've felt good all week, less tired than usual and a hell of a lot of energy on the gym. I began this cycle on a Thursday, pinning at noon and taking the dbol morning, lunch and dinner. As expected, days 1-3 I felt no change, but damn was day four an eye opener. On day one I weighed 155.2 lbs and had a body fat % of 5%. I have monitored my weight and body fat every morning before meal one. Day 4 I weighed in at 159.8 lbs and held a body fat of 7%. I felt bigger overall and, being naturally lean, could tell very easily where that water weight seemed to be held. In particular, my lats and the upper corners of my chest were very noticeably large and puffy. As of this morning I weigh 160.9, and still have body fat % of 7%. Have continued to eat clean and train hard all week, can't wait for week 2!

BTW, not sure it matters all too much but I forgot to include I am pinning 3x's per week (mon, wed, fri), 250 mgs each pin

Are you trying to compete or why do you want to walk around at this low of a bodyfat without adding mass? I'm just trying to picture what this looks like on a person 1" taller than me...

Lol no tweek, that's fucking creepy haha. I get checked up at the docs twice a week for bp checks and bloods once a week. I have a sick bmi scale at home that does it too but I trust the docs more, although mine isn't far off, if at all. At 4% I'll admit I didn't look healthy but you sure as shit could see the cuts real nice. 5-8 appears to be the sweet spot but since starting this cycle the bloat and overall body fat gain has all but done away with my abs. I have been to a few expos and gotten compliments from bodybuilders sporting their sponsors, which kinda makes me wanna compete but other than that I have no plans. As of right now the plan isn't to maintain that body fat but rather get bigger. Thanks for the reply's guys
 
I'm the same height as you and weigh 90lbs more than you.
Do you have any goals to compete in the near future? Why do you want to be < 6% bf?
I would look like a skeleton at 155lbs.
 
Dimentio, I have no plans to compete anytime soon. Frankly, with the way this cycles going I'll be over 10% bf and just bigger, so there really wouldn't be anything to show lol. When I was hovering around 4-5% I liked the way I looked simply because of the cuts I had, I felt unlike any of the guys in the gym because I'd pick up a weight and my arm would practically be see through, every vein and muscle was just right there... I just liked it lol. However, in attempting to maintain that I kinda got jealous of the guys lifting that heavy ass weight and as of now have decided to just get bigger in general. Just measured up on the bmi, reading 7.8% on my scale. Didn't take any pre cycle pics though I wish I had so I could show you what I'm talking about... just took some now though so I hope it's not too late. Not sure if anyone can tell but there is definitely a nice amount of water retention, muscles (what little I have lol) are fuller and my body is less transparent as pre cycle. Also, those abs are shot, likely from the bloat and water weight combined. In all honesty I'm surprised at how quickly my body is reacting to this cycle, never would have thought I'd see such a drastic change in only a week. Chest definitely needs work lol

I'm incredibly sorry to burst your bubble but you are not that low in body fat and your cool scale that does everything is so incredibly inaccurate it isn't even funny. Just from looking at our photos I'd say your about 14% BF and don't have the muscle base nor are ou old enough to be cycling but alas you are already on cycle so good luck.

I don't want to trash the thread or anything but honestly it's painful to see you running a cycle when you are just so far and away of being ready. But you stated above that you really aren't working at this to even get bigger you just want to shed more bodyfat. I am just lost... I have no clue why you're running gear and I'm not so sure you know either.
 
Completely agree with what has been said above, little lost at the whole point of this. Seems to me that your lacking a proper foundation, as well as your age is a little discouraging for gear. Do you actually have any pictures of you being 4-5% bf, shit if I was at that bf I would be taking a shit load of pictures for evidence.

Without a proper muscle base those body fat scales aren't telling you anything, you would need to use a water tank or bodpod measurement to get a truly accurate take with such little base even calibers will be wildly incorrect.

Not meaning to hate but you are fucking up your body for what seems to be no good reason, I would stop now to minimize further damage to your endocrine system and reevaluate what you really want

Yeah I see some difference in the photos but personally I don't see a huge amount of difference aside from the abs and that seems to be more because of muscle mass. Do you know the height and weight of the person in that photo by chance?

OP, I'm guessing you are sticking with the cycle so if you do, for the love of God, eat food.
 
Eman, thanks for the input, I think after this week I'll up to 3,200 calories unless you think I should go higher. As for my reason for going for a second cycle, as I said above in a way I envy those whom are bigger than I and can lift that heavy weight and would like to break away from the lean look. Id really like to set new PR's and while doing so just get bigger, hence the bulking cycle set up. If I were to try and maintain the lean look, I feel confident in my ability to do so without the gear. RogerThat, I'm sorry but the only scale I trust with no doubt is the doc's. As I said above, I'm there twice a week (Monday's and Friday's) for checkups on bp and bloods, both times I am weighed on their BMI scale. I really am that low and I think Eman might have a point with his latest post. Granted, I haven't been at that 4-5% threshold since before my first cycle, but can hold 6 with ease. Also, I don't see how you can speak off just photos, of which were just taken last night post meal and bloated, as well as having a nice amount of water retention. As I said a few posts back I am honestly shocked with how quickly my body has changed in so little time, being this didn't happen with just the test my first cycle I'm sure it's mostly dbol related. If you truly doubt me I'll post up a pic of the printout when I'm in tomorrow. Thanks all!
 
RogerThat, that pic is really similar to how I looked before my first cycle. I had the abs until about a month before the start of this cycle when I ramped up the cals in preparation, I don't quite see what the problem is...
 
Do you happen to have a pre cycle bloods? Will you be providing during and post bloods as well, cheers
 
Tweek, I'm not much of a picture guy so I don't think I've got many, at least not with my shirt off... I'll look though. never thought the way I've looked since highschool was much of a big deal, had I known I definitely would've taken more pics for evidence
 
I keep all blood sheets at home, and enter the test results on the calendar in my phone. I'm away now, but have the pre cycle test level with me. Came out @ 1,008. One week later (this last Monday), the count was 1,079. Not sure if these were the stats you were looking for, but I can grab pics of the sheets when I get back
