I've been lurking on these forums for awhile now and finally decided to sign up and get started. This will be my second cycle, first was a Test E only cycle to gauge my bodies reaction to test. I ran that @ 500 mgs / week over 12 weeks. Came into the cycle at 140 and shredded 4-6% body fat and came out at 155 6-8% body fat. My body handled the test well and I greatly enjoyed all it gave me. Even better was that following PCT I only lost two pounds. I've waited nearly a year to give it a shot at #2 and have worked back to and maintained 155 lbs (working less to get big and more to get back to 4-6% bf). So now that I'm here I've decided to get big and up the ante and throw in some good ol dbol. My stats are as follows:
Age: 22
Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 155 lbs
Years Training: ~3 (on and off ~6)
Now for the cycle:
Weeks 1-4: Pharmacom Dianabol @ 30mg / day
Weeks 1-10: Pharmacom Testosterone Cypionate @ 750 mgs / week with 750 mg frontload
*I went with 750mg per week due to the fact that the absolute longest I can run the cycle is for 10 weeks. The idea behind this is that at a higher dose per week optimum levels of test would be reached earlier than when running a lower dose, somewhat making up for the 2 weeks I'd lose.
PCT:
Clomid 50/25/25/25
I have arimidex on hand. I understand some of you guys would rather run it a week before or the day of the first pin, in order to avoid any potential for gyno. However, I did it this way my first cycle and had absolutely no gyno and feel I'm not all too prone.
I will not be running HCG, I can deal with small balls. After all, the smaller the balls the "bigger" the jerky, right???
Now for the diet... I have averaged 2,800-3,000 calories for the past 3 months with a 40/30/30 (carbs/fats/proteins) split, and will continue to do so. On off days I get about 180 grams of protein and on training days I get about 220.
I have already started this cycle and today ends week one. I will post the one week progress update shortly. If anyone has any questions or, even better, advice, ask away. Although I wasn't a member of the forum until now, I have utilized so much information in the stretch leading up to this point and for that I thank you all.
