hey guys, so i ve been lurking here for a bit and finally my account got approved.
i am loving the forum it helps me so much and i learnt alot.
i have been training on and off for 3 years cause of a shoulder injury , good news is i have been training consistently for 6 month now, so hello everyone

p.s sorry for my bad english i live in egypt and i am doing my best.

If you've had a shoulder injury. I strongly recommend going slow. No need to rush and get injured when you can go slow and make steady progress.

Read, and read some more. That's my best advice. The greatest tool you'll find is that search function we have. Meso is a great place to learn, so best of luck to you. At first do less talking, more reading. RESEARCH and READ your answer first, then you can ask to compare or whatever you've heard to assure.

Welcome to meso. Drop in the log section to keep up with a few guys here.

thanks alot, its been 2 years since the injury and i am taking it slow this time and not rushing any weights i can't handle and yes i do have a lot to learn, stuff that i feel silly to even ask about on here, everybody here is competing and my questions would be a total joke , but i am trying my best.
thanks for welcoming.

Not everyone is competing. AAS aren't for competitors only. There are SO many reasons as to why one may use. Increase in sex drive, mood, joint relief, well being, lifestyle choices, recovery, passion, competing, for the hell of it, to be strong, to be ripped, to have an edge. So so many reasons. Don't be afraid to ask, that's not what I meant at all. Just search for your specific question first. If you're still unsure? Sure, create a thread and ask away.
