Putting gear in massage bottle ???

Hello everyone !!

So, i am little bit newbie in homebrewing etc but i read a lot all what i found on the web.

So because i am going to travel a lot to australia/USA/France etc and spend almost 1 years in all this work traveling. I am thinking about having all my gear in massage bottles.

I have now amps from Malay thiger and 10ml vial from kalpa and different brands.

I will sterile the massage glass bottles like this :

Washing with water and bleach (1 hour in it)

Washing in 70% isopropyl alcohol (1 hour )

putting it in oven for 350 Fahrenheit (1h to 2 hours)

And after this i will putt the oil directly in the bottle.

I will sterile the bottles caps like this :

1. Putting them in 3% hydroperoxide solution for 1 hour

2.Washing in 70% isopropyl alcohol (1 hour )

Now the questions :

What do you think about all this sterilizing process ?

Can i use after this the oil directly from the bottle ?

Should i put the in 10ml empty sterile vial after passing the customs ? And i will use 0.2 or 0.4 filter before dispatching the oil in the different vials.

Don't forget : My gears are different Ampules (Ampoules ?) and 10ml vials.

Not a huge fan of the idea of taking from amps, and putting into vials in the first place. Each amp you open is exposed potentially to air and contaminants, if you open a bunch, just seems like a lot of room for error. Why not buy presealed and sterile vials and put a label that says "Massage Oil" on it? I don't like your idea of using bleach, at all, either. Detergent + water -> distilled -> acetone -> oven. No bleach.

If I HAD to go amps to vial, I would fill up a huge 60ml syringe with all my amps, then use a syringe filter into the sterile vial. That's your SAFEST bet here, IMO.

A presealed and sterile vial with massage label i think will not pass the customs because of the robber and stopper instead of a simple cap or plug, my problem here is the customs

For the amps and air problems, for the 10ml vial we always put air in it before taking oil with the syringe right, that why i didn't notice it.

Can you please tell me why using acetone ? first time i see this product in a sterilizing process, thanks for sharing your knowledge with me bro !

If you have ideas how i can pass customs with my gear in suitcase it will help me a lot, thanks again bro

Acetone leaves no residue behind.

You don't have to put air in, just insert another needle into the stopper without a syringe (25g is fine) to vent.

I don't like the idea of a "plug" or "cap". Stoppers only for me, as they seal and are never opened. This doesnt sound safe, to me.

To answer you : I know that my first destinations will be Egypt, Australia and USA , so it's maybe some difficult to get what i need in Egypt or Australia... I will try to get my 0.2 filters and presealed vials as hard as i can in Egypt, but if i can't have them. Could i instead just use my massage bottle directly ? I mean i already used a 30ml gear in massage bottle from a well know ug in USA (Gaule gears) and it wasn't sealed. But now is different because i am the one who will make this sterile bottles.

On amazon I've seen various hiding devices with removable bottoms like shaving cream, soft drinks, etc. look into those and stuff vials into them with tissue if those cans are allowed in luggage. I wouldn't know since I don't travel.

How much ml can take a 0.2 filter bro ? I have seen that a whatman take almost 100ml filtering volume but i am not sure if it's the same for all the filters ?

Just use regular vials and label them with something legit. Perfume. Cologne. Massage Oils.
Its not rocket science and the more you over think it the more you fuck up.
Also buying the false shaving creams, etc are automatic flags if your bag gets put through scan and gets found. And theres a higher chance flying international.

Good point. As always make sure you know the laws and something about customs of where youre going. Gotta measure the risk vs reward of doing it at all.

Can you not mail filters and sealed sterile vials. I gotta imagine those aren't illegal, are they? Cleaned the fuck out of a shampoo bottle, or anything really, and refilter into a sealed sterile vial when you get to where your going. The gear is not sterile until you do that anyways.

You are talking about two of the worst countries to get illegal shit inside of. Plan your cycle around getting home and in the meantime get on legal trt. You have a very good chance of getting caught.

Look into trt through a doc and go that route.
