any of you folks know a legit dnp source

What I stated was that it doesn't work for LONG TERM, PERMANENT change in response to your comment about diet & cardio being a "lifetime fix"
Just tying to get a better understanding of DNP. Does this statement mean that DNP will create a 'Lifetime fix' for obesity? That's kind of the way it came across.

Me personally, I have no problem with dieting and cardio so DNP isn't in my dance card any time soon.

Ok guys seriously, enough with the constant misinterpretations already - I refer you to my previous post where I made it pretty fucking clear that:
Not that I'm suggesting DNP is the solution, but there is a very good reason why the industry is obsessed with pharmaceutical treatment, mitochondrial uncouplers included. Diet + cardio has failed.

A "lifetime fix" involves permanent behavioural change - very difficult to achieve this through diet & cardio alone because controlling your environment is only half the battle. The statistics support this.

There is, and has always been, great interest among researchers in pharmaceutical solutions to permanently influence appetite regulation but I won't go into details in case the moronic who are viewing this thread get any ideas.

I feel you. I agree, it's a lifestyle change that's hard to achieve for lots of people without the extra curricular substances. Wasn't trying to misrepresent anything. Admitted, I have zero knowledge of DNP other than the stuff you hear people pontificate about it, good bad or other wise. I'm just trying to learn about it.
All I really know is that it sounds like hell when on it lol. Even the guys that love it say it sucks to take so I'm sure that much is true.

Personally, diet and cardio put me in a good place but I have never tried to BB or get down that far on the BF% level that I would contemplate using it.

I also feel like the word diet is misused. It seems to be used as a term to describe a short term fix where it should really be an everyday word to describe nutrient intake, not one's short term effort to loose wieght.
I.E. - My 'diet' is good. I need to loose some extra pounds so I will 'restrict' carbs in my diet...

If 'diet' was a lifetime choice maybe DNP wouldn't be used at all?

If "diet" is a lifetime choice, then DNP is still used as the single FASTEST route to fat loss that can be used.

Take that how you will. Bodybuilders can spend more time bulking, powerlifters can spend more time eating hard and gaining on their total.

No matter the application, it's about time spent. It's also a matter of risk vs reward. What's the time worth to you?

For some, it's worth a lot. The adage "marathon, not sprint" only applies to some situations. . .

Interesting take on it. I appreciate the other point of view. I obviously read good and bad but I want to give it a fair shake. Your last point about marathon/Sprint relationship helps. My mindset is generally on the marathon side of things. I can see how it would be a godsend if one needed a rapid reduction in weight.

a seller on alibaba that I negotiated with hooked me up with 100g of crystal dnp for $50. I decided to do a low dose experiment. I'll play with a small dose (200mg a day) and run it for the last 2 weeks of my long ass weight loss cycle. I'll stack it with t3 and clen to increase fat loss with. in that way, I can get away from the lethargic effects and most of the side effects associated when taking more dnp while still achieving good results.

Test it too to make sure it's real. Set it on fire and a small bit should explode (seriously). Also rub a bit between your fingers and it should stain them (for a long time).

Invest in a good milligram scale, and be very cautious.

Are you serious?!?! Explode?!?!
Holy cow batman!

I have a substantial amount of black powder for making ammo. Wonder if that will help me drop some lbs!

Dude, dnp is some serious shit....

Not sure I'd run Clen with it myself. Although I won't run Clen alone either. T3 maybe. I don't think either is going to offset the lethargy though. Maybe some of the cravings. That's the hardest pary for me. Cravings are so intense. I'll be trying it with Sibutramine in the future. Hoping that helps.

I'm including clen and t3 to achieve more results since 200mg dnp wont shed much body fat. I have used sibutramine in the beginning of this cycle. I noticed a reduction in appetite the 1st week only. mine was generic. maybe pharma grade is better.
