My cruise is probably going to go into being only a 4 week cruise.

@Leancuisine I'm sorry but for the timing of my show, I won't be able to start at the same date. Also, where I feel I'm lacking size.. I may not be able to do the planned compounds as I can't get my hands on them.

So, if I'm not able to get these compounds... The cycle is as planned.

250test 800tren- possibly pick up anadrol or proviron bridging 3 weeks before show halo

3 weeks of halo? Be carful with the 18 week cycle and already a couple Orals the ol liver values may not be a fan of halo for such a period.

Halo is gonna be in 10,20,30 probably. Not too harsh. Hopefully. Yes...mast e is a bitch for me to find.

Anyways guys, tren has been out of the system for a week and 1 day now. I got down to a total low of 181. I felt amazing.

I'm now on vacation. Somewhere on a beach. Reverse dieting while here, only tracking protein to make sure I hit at least 200g while down here. Took a shot of 250 test before I came, I figured i will be fine since I'll be coming from 500mg to a cruising dose anyways. The cruise is short. PLANS?

Start my next blast July 4.

750mg test 10
600mg deca 10 weeks
60mg dbol 4 weeks

On week 8 start up 600mg tren for 10 weeks
Then finish with halo for 10 days. 3 days of 10, 4 days of 20, 2 days of 30, 1 day of 40.

Here's an update picture of me at a gym around these beachy parts. 189lb.

It's going to be fun man, that's for sure. It will be a detailed log for sure. I always try to keep it pretty informative while running a log and reviewing gear in my thread.

Figured I'd bump this.. Here's my workout today if you guys wanna jump in and do it with me. It will be a fun one.

Back Day

A widegrip tricep pushdown x12 reps between all sets on first 3 exercises.

2 WU sets - Rear Delt Flyes 4x20 (1 sec pause)

2 WU sets - Behind The Neck Pulldowns 5x8-12
(controlled-heavy weight to fail last 2 set)

2 WU sets - Close Grip Medium Row 4x12-15
(stretch and contract-fail last set)

Superset (pump ensuring)
1. V Bar Pulldown 4x20 (stretch and contract)
1. Serratus Pulls 4x12 (stretch and contract)

Tri-Superset (mind to muscle)
2. Medium Grip Machine Row 3x15 (2sec pause)
2. Rear Delt Flyes 3x15 (2sec pause)
2. Tricep Rope Pushdown 3x15 (2sec pause)

Tri-Superset (pump finisher)
3. DB Rear Delt Shrug 3x15
3. Serratus Pulls 3x15
3. Wide Grip Shoulder Row 3x20

Another fun fact. Up to 197lbs.

Was 199 today. Marks the heaviest I've ever weighed. Feeling okay, obviously felt I looked better at 183. Keep in mind cruise dosing right now. When I went off the tren and winny, the weight flew on. And it seems to be in all the right places. Can't wait to run my biggest mass gainer yet. For those interested calls went from 1950 to 2300, 2700, 3000, 3500-4000 right now. Will eat like this for a few weeks. Probably 3 more weeks. Then plan on upping to 4500 and will probably stay there.

This has been my ultimate goal since I started this around 26 months ago at 128lbs. I can finally say I've reach 200lbs under 10%bf. It's a small accomplishment to some but my biggest to date. Wanted to say thank you to everyone here at meso as well for the advice, charisma, and criticism. It's crazy what an impact this forum has made on my goals.

Let's see if I can get to 220 this blast...

Out of curiosity, you say you cant find mast, doesnt Darious carry it? Ive got many bottles of mast both 100mg and 300mg from Frank and have been very happy with it.

They do, but only in prop. No long ester and I wasn't big on trying a mix. I appreciate the words though! 220 shouldn't be too hard.
Besides the deca is a tried and proven with me, so I had no problem going that route.
 
First pin last night.
375mg test 300mg deca

The deca was so thick, definitely needed some pushing. Oils were both heated well before the shot too.

Started dbol today.

20/30/10 dosages. 20 morning. 30 PWO. 10 sleep.
 
Weight is down from being sick for a week and being limited on eating. Instead of being 200lbs I'm down to 192. It's quite the sad story. But no big deal. It was more than likely water and a bit of nothing. I'll be right where I need to be. Still contemplating on to run and design my own split, or to run annihilation wave or somethin by meadow. Not too sure yet.. If I decide to build my own mass based program, I'll be sure to build a template for everyone here.
 
It's been hard getting into the gym with this work schedule. But I'm not letting it slow me down. Big news. As I type this I'm looking at this split I'm building. I will be sure to post it up for all to use. It is one I will be following starting next week, and it's a mass based split with my hypertrophy twist of course.

So far have pinned 375mg test and 300mg deca twice. Next pin is Wednesday. Have been on 60mg dbol for 4 days. Weight dropped from 200 to 193 while sick. So I'm considering 193 my starting weight. 27lb goal is a lot, but I think I'll be able to get there with the proper nutrition. Then again, if I find I'm getting too much fat, I'll settle with around 210 that way cutting into the show is easier.
