Blood Work Results

I recently got my blood work results. I wanted to check if my levels were normal since I tested at 220 ng/dl when I was 17 and under constant stress/anxiety that lasted two years. This year, my energy levels have skyrocketed as well as well being and libido. I am now 25 years old, and have been researching methods to increase testosterone since my previous test. On the day of the test, I woke up at approximately 7:15 A.M and my appointment to draw blood was at 8:45 A.M. I also only had 6 hours of sleep that night so I figued my levels wouldn't be ideal. The results are as follows:

Testosterone (total): 927.1 ng/dl (348-1197 ng/dl)
Testosterone (Free): 148 ng/dl (40-240 ng/dl)
Estradiol: 42.7 pg/ml (10-42.6 pg/ml) High
DHT: 65 ng/dl (20-85 ng/dl)

Would you consider these results healthy for a 25 year old male? Also, how much higher would you estimate my levels given that I had a full 8 hours of sleep or would it be negligible?

those are great levels, and I wouldnt even worry about the e2 being a little high.
Are you completely natty, or taking something?
