Ok I'm in brother.140lbs dumbell press.Thats sick.How the fuck do you kick them up?I would go heavier than the 100's but it feels like anything heavier than that I'm gonna tear something.

The ppl in my gym are fairly good bro.. I'll clean one up and rest it in my shoulder and get a trainer or one of the bros to hand me the other . focus hard on slow negatives and feeling the contraction bro.. Then do a branch warren and throw the fuckers wen I'm done haha
 
Yep thats me right thier. By the time im done with chest from benching or back from deadlifts, its all I can do to finish out the rest of the session on chest or back, let alone involve a whole other group in the mix as well. 1 body part per day is where it's at for me. Thata way I can foucus more on destroying one body part at a time. Others may be able to do chest/arms, back/shoulders, ect an more power to em if they can..... but thats not how Skull gets down lol.
Focus on one body part and beat the living fuck outta it.. Then wake up next day and start on another aye bro lol

Alternating dB curls, 70lb dB's 4 sets 8 reps with slow negatives.
Incline dB curls, 50lb dB's, 3 sets 12 reps.
21's, 3 sets with 90lb prepacked bar

Tri's
Dips, body weight x 15, +90lb dB x 12, +135lb dB x 10
Skull crushers , 135lbs x 15, 180x 10, 225x 6
Pullover and press ,135 lbs x 12 reps 3 sets
V bar push downs, full stack x 8 with slow negatives..

Hey Bros. Well 8 weeks ago I finished a blast and made some fuckn good gains.. Planned 10 weeks off till my next but come on.. I'm impatient lol so starting my new one now

1250mg test e
1000 eq
1000 npp
60-100mg dbol (first 30 days)
Possibly some slin

Front loaded 2500mg test e yesterday with 60 mg dbol and I'll start pinning the whole cycle tomorrow.
Cycle length is 16-20 weeks
Starting weight 281

Why "possibly" slin but no GH? Seems pointless, TBH.
 
Pumps mainly bro.. And because I got a tonne lol.. It was just a possibility..
I believe the pumps from insulin are largely due to it's bloat... Unless on GH, I think it's silly to drop your blood sugar while you're working out.
 
I do have some soma I've been saving for a rainy day.. So GH is still possible man
I would use insulin with anything over 3iu GH a day. GH reduces insulin sensitivity, so you'll get the most out of your GH w/ slin.
 
Honestly man thoughts definitely crossed my mind.. Was gonna use it on a lean out cycle but maybe I'll run it. Glad ur following along tho
The BEST stack is 200mcg's T4 for 3-4 weeks with your GH and insulin protocol....
