The ppl in my gym are fairly good bro.. I'll clean one up and rest it in my shoulder and get a trainer or one of the bros to hand me the other . focus hard on slow negatives and feeling the contraction bro.. Then do a branch warren and throw the fuckers wen I'm done hahaOk I'm in brother.140lbs dumbell press.Thats sick.How the fuck do you kick them up?I would go heavier than the 100's but it feels like anything heavier than that I'm gonna tear something.
