What's up, Meso?

Hey, what's up everyone? I've been lurking for a couple months now and figured it's time to sign up. I'm still researching and whatnot but I'm sure I'll be seeking opinions and advice along the way.

I just deleted everything I typed as I doubt anyone would have read that novel so here's my cliffs:

Gender: Male
Age: 28
Weight: 179
Body fat: 22% :(

Bench: 215x1
Dead: 245x1
Squat: ...let's not talk about it.
Overhead Press: 150x1

When I was 18 I started lifting. I lifted for four years and then hurt my back doing deadlifts. Things went downhill from there. I'm very careful with deadlifts now lol. I haven't had back pain since I started lifting again, three months ago, but for the past six years I've been seeing a chiro off and on.

I don't have any concrete goals. I mainly want to get bigger and leaner until I'm satisfied. Six years ago I really wanted to give AAS a try but never did. Now I'm very interested again but I don't think I'm ready at the moment. I'm not sure how much I should ask or mention here; perhaps I should save more specific questions for a thread in the proper subforum.

As it is right now I'm bulking, despite the high BF, and currently gaining about .7 pounds per week.

So, I guess that's it for now. What's up, everyone?

Welcome to Meso! Pretty nice intro. Hopefully you continue to find the information you're searching for here.

Thanks for the welcomes! Iron Mango, good luck on your journey and finding what you need.

I feel like I should get a notebook for notes. My primary reason for being here is interest in AAS and it's a lot to take in. I ended up dropping out of college and becoming a mechanic. I have a love-hate relationship with cars but I really wish I'd stuck school out and paid more attention in anatomy and physiology.

Of course figuring out what to take for a successful cycle (and especially PCT) is important but I'd really like a better understanding of why certain drugs are taken and how they affect everything as a whole

Welcome bro... you can literally find any info you need here... and if you can't don't be afraid to ask ... take your Time and do a lot of research before you make any decisions...

Thanks again, and thanks Ryno! Leaving school definitely wasn't my best decision lol.

I loved fixing cars when I first started but it's already gotten old. I have a 420awhp/430awtq Audi S4 that's a blast to drive but even that's getting old.

Maybe I'm the one getting old. I get to drive cars home from work now and then and it's so nice to drive a comfortable, quiet, automatic sometimes lol

Nice. I've got an old Nova that's in the process of becoming badass. Kind of similar line of work except I work on golf carts all day instead of cars.

Good luck with the Nova. I've never been real into muscle cars. I like euros and cars that I'll never afford lol. Nothing against them, they can be pretty awesome; just wouldn't be my number one pick. We have a 69 Camaro where I work. It's been restored pretty well and has a 502 in it, which I think was a swap. Idk lol

I think I could go for working on Golf carts though. I work in Pennsylvania and the rust gets old fast. I assume golf carts don't drive on salted roads much lol
