Hey, what's up everyone? I've been lurking for a couple months now and figured it's time to sign up. I'm still researching and whatnot but I'm sure I'll be seeking opinions and advice along the way.
I just deleted everything I typed as I doubt anyone would have read that novel so here's my cliffs:
Gender: Male
Age: 28
Weight: 179
Body fat: 22%
Bench: 215x1
Dead: 245x1
Squat: ...let's not talk about it.
Overhead Press: 150x1
When I was 18 I started lifting. I lifted for four years and then hurt my back doing deadlifts. Things went downhill from there. I'm very careful with deadlifts now lol. I haven't had back pain since I started lifting again, three months ago, but for the past six years I've been seeing a chiro off and on.
I don't have any concrete goals. I mainly want to get bigger and leaner until I'm satisfied. Six years ago I really wanted to give AAS a try but never did. Now I'm very interested again but I don't think I'm ready at the moment. I'm not sure how much I should ask or mention here; perhaps I should save more specific questions for a thread in the proper subforum.
As it is right now I'm bulking, despite the high BF, and currently gaining about .7 pounds per week.
So, I guess that's it for now. What's up, everyone?
