I wouldn't use it! Look like someone sold you a used vial (like 1/4 of the oil is gone) and the top cap's missing! They could've refill with any oil!

I was thinking the same thing concerning how low the oil is but i didn't think too much of the top cap cause i thought some don't have it. Thank you for the advice though

They can be difficult to interpret.

For such small quantities no matter what method you choose the testing will basically cost as much or more then the 2 vials are worth.

You're obviously more than welcome to do whatever you want, but I couldn't for a second think about injecting something into my body that I didn't get from a somewhat reliable source and especially when it has been altered.
The top cap missing is very dangerous for infections etc.
