Hey everyone, been reading here for a few weeks and wanted to learn a bit before posting. Anyways, I'm 24, a little taller than 5'11" (I like to say 6 foot lol), and between 175-180 lbs. Last time I got my bf tested was about a year and a half ago and it was 5.1%, however that was the end of off season of my senior year of undergrad, which is our hardest training season. I played D1 lacrosse, so ive been lifting/training pretty intensely since freshman year of highschool (10 years). Right now I would say im at 6-7% body fat. I haven't tried to max in a while, but benched 265 for 2 reps last week. Squat is around 330 and clean around 235. I workout at least 5 days a week, some weeks more but rarely less. My diet is pretty darn good with the exceptional weekend of giving no fucks. Ive always been pretty ripped and muscular, and relatively strong, but lacrosse is more of a speed game so I focused more on being fast, not big. However, now im looking to "fill out," with bigger and more defined muscles. Not get massive and bulky, just more like Greg Plitt (haha doesn't everyone)...

So I was interested in diving into the world of aas, not for competing or anything, but I take my physique and fitness level rather seriously. I was thinking 500mg test e for a 12 week cycle, two 250mg injections a week. I thought about adding dbol for the first 4-6 weeks, but it seems like most people are against that, so I think listening would be wise. Ive read different things about AI's, some say take .25mg arimidex eod, throughout the whole cycle, some say take as needed. I may be wrong here but after looking at a bunch of cycle logs I feel like some mention adex and others don't. Either way im going to have some on hand, just wondering what the general consensus was. Im also going to have Nolvadex and Clomid for PCT, which will start 3-4 weeks after the last pin. It will consist of clomid at 100/100/50/50 and nolva at 40/40/20/20. I've also heard of raloxifen in replace of nolva, but it was mostly mentioned for use during cycle if you get gyno. Also, what's everyone's take on staring HCG about a week after the last pin? I feel like there is somewhat conflicting scientific evidence to support its usefulness, as well as conflicting opinions amongst users.

As far a sources, I looked around on google and found a bunch of bs sources, but after reading on here, I read that drugsgear and darius are good suppliers. I was trying to decide between pharmacom, alpha pharm, and Zhengzhou test e. Of course ive heard many great things and some not so great things about all of these, but as with anything else, the people who get fucked make a much bigger deal than the people who get great results, so I don't buy into shitty reviews too often. And Im not sure if direct guidance is allowed, but if anyone has an opinion or personal favorites, id be interested in hearing them.

Lastly, I am currently in medical school, and was wondering if there is any specific reason why doing my first cycle at an important time of my life, like this, would be bad? Im a healthy person with a very positive attitude, and i manage stress and other problems very well. I just want to make sure doing a cycle wont affect my ability to study or focus or anything like that.

Welcome to Meso! Nice detailed intro with detailed goals! I believe you're gonna get most saying you are still to young for AAS. You may be perfectly able too achieve your goals strictly thru training. I think given your experience and goals @RodgerThat would be a good one to chat with. Many knowledgable members here I just think he's experienced in your sport and such if I remember correctly.

Thanks for the welcome. And yeah I assumed members were going to advise that I'm too young. I'm really in no rush, but about 5 months ago I really started to focus on intense training and goals again, something that I hadn't been too concerned with since undergrad, so I had been thinking a lot about gear. I've read a lot of stuff and I guess I felt like if you cycle the correct way and in moderation, the effects aren't too detrimental to the body. But come to think of it, I guess that's because most of the people I've learned from are older and "fully" developed... haha so I guess its best to stay natty for the time being.
