*CIALIS* an why its also used by so many Body Builders

Yes negative sides besides the known issues (back ache, stuffy nose.. etc). I did find this study that said that no tolerance was observed. But thats for a 6 month period only Tolerance to the therapeutic effect of tadalafil does not occur during 6 months of treatment: A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study ... - PubMed - NCBI

Good to now you've been doing it for 5 years with no tolerance build up or any other issues (I assume).
That's correct ... I actually have 0 negative sides that I am aware of... no back aches, stuffy nose.. that's why I stuck with it... I am curious about liver toxicity as I have had elevated liver enzymes on a few blood tests even prior to running any kind of aas...

I take 10 a day now and it seems fine.

I broke a 10 mg in half, and took one piece daily. Worked for me. The hard-ons could get a bit annoying, especially with the vivid erotic imagination I had on tren a.

I'm on 5mg daily from TRT Doc and as many have said it's pretty great. I've had all the benefits mentioned without a single side effect.

today I seen one of those law commercials, if you've taken this drug call us you might be able to sue. anyway it was for viagra I believe, but it also mentioned cialis. linking it to skin cancer? I'll try and find more information.

it's probably a money grab, but here you go:
Melanoma Skin Cancer Side Effect Associated With Erectile Dysfunction (ED) Drugs Cialis, Levitra, Viagra, Staxyn, And Stendra, As Well As PAH Medications Revatio And Adcirca

According to an April 2014 medical journal article, Viagra (sildenafil), the most popular and well-known drug prescribed for male erectile dysfunction (ED), appears to increase the risk for malignant melanoma — but not other skin cancers like cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas nor basal cell carcinomas.

The four other brand name ED drugs that are phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors, Cialis(tadalafil), Levitra (vardenafil), Staxyn(vardenafil), and Stendra (avanafil) are probably associated with an increased risk of melanoma skin cancer, too.

Cialis is also prescribed sometimes when doctors see the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Two other phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors are Revatio (sildenafil) and Adcirca(tadalafil). These drugs are prescribed for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

Essentially, the active ingredients sildenafil, tadalifil, vardenafil, and avanafil which are found in these ED, BPH, and PAH drugs act by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5). Experimental in vitro studies show that PDE5 inhibition augments tumor cell invasiveness. In turn, this effect seems related to an apparentmelanoma skin cancer side effect for all of the brand name drugs with these active ingredients:

  1. Sildenafil: Viagra and Revatio
  2. Tadalafil: Cialis and Adcirca
  3. Vardenafil: Levitra and Staxyn
  4. Avanafil: Stendra
The recent medical study finding which indicates an association between each of these PDE5 inhibitor drugs with invasive melanoma skin cancer might be of particular concern to patients that have used any of these drugs and who may be at an elevated risk of melanoma due to a history of:

  • extensive sun exposure;
  • basal or squamous cell skin cancers;
  • Parkinson disease (which causes autonomic erectile dysfunction and is associated with elevated risk of melanoma); or,
  • other family members diagnosed with melanoma.
We are currently investigating cases of melanoma in men who used Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, Staxyn, or Stendra as well as men and women who used Revatio or Adcirca, as possible drug injury lawsuits against the responsible pharmaceutical companies. For example:

Levitra – Melanoma – 62 yr old man
Cialis – Melanoma – 60 yr old man
Cialis – Malignant Melanomas (three) – 64 yr old man
Cialis – Melanoma Skin Cancer – 55 yr old man
Viagra / Cialis – Melanoma – 48 yr old man
Viagra – Melanoma – 45 yr old man
Cialis – Malignant Melanoma – 39 yr old man
Cialis – Malignant Melanoma – 60 yr old man
Cialis – Melanoma – 60 yr old man
Cialis – Metastasized Melanoma – 67 yr old man

The only complaint I have about cialis is the stuffy noses. I've got a problem with my sinus anyways so cialis doesn't help it at all... Seems to come and go though. I've gotten minor headaches from it too I think, behind the eyes. But there were minor and didn't last long at all.

If Big Pharma says the adverse reaction rate is 1-2% ...its really 15-20%...or more
This has been proven consistently ;)

My headaches were behind the eyes and minor too @Eman . We both have the same reaction .

How did I miss this read? This is a great post. I had no idea the many benefits of Cialis. Time to start a daily dose.

Do you mean negative sides? I've not found anything in the research that I've done... in 5 years I've never felt the need to bump up to a higher dose so I assume your body doesn't build a tolerance. .
Your body builds a tolerance. even if you don't need think you feel the need to increase your dose, your body gets used to it and more importantly your body won't function the same once you stop taking it. the most notable think is you may find it difficult to get hard for several weeks when you stop taking it. don't get me wrong, I think cialis is great. you just have to be aware that your body will withdrawal when you stop taking it

woud agree with everything you said, except the tolerance part... I've been taking the same dose for close to 5 years minus a little 18 month break... I've been back on eod for almost 2 years and have yet to notice it being less effective... not saying your wrong, but for me .. not yet.... and Im no Dr but I would think, the long term usage and then stopping would have a negative effect like you say, however I think the trouble with erecting would be more mental than physical unless you do in fact have a physical condition causing your ed...
Regardless, I started it a long time ago after iraq.. I had mental ed and cialis took care of it....
Now days I take it for a lot of reasons... pre workout, great boners... blood pressure.. it's cheap... and if long term use means I'll need it forever so be it.... quality of life !

Johns Meadows preaches Cialis and citrulline 30 minutes pre workout.... The pumps ARE great...
