Test Tren Mast Recomp

Fuck. Youre telling me. Not to take over LC's log, but I just had to make my first payment today. Then I looked at my bank account after. Damn near shed a tear.

Hey man I would rather this log be about gyms!! Better than talking about surgery. Just got out. I'll post up the pic soon

Surgery tomorrow.
Excited to get in there and recover quickly. Going to ask the doc if he/she can snap some pictures of my hand when they got it sliced open.

Still running my 250 test.... honestly haven't lifted a whole lot. Been sprinting mainly, trying to get back in shape.

Awesome news... a new gym opened up earlier this year near my city and I'll be,switching over back to more my type of stuff.

It's a dungeon with kegs and pretty hardcore equipment.
People squatting 700lbs and throwing 100 lb circus dumbbells across rooms. My kind of gym.
@gr8whitetrukker @SpartacusOmega @TANGO.ECHO.KILO if any of your travels take you up my way you will definitely have to check it out.

Here's some pics.

Hoping I'm healed by mid September so I can start getting somewhere strength and physique wise.
I'll play...no fuckin curls allowed.

Fuck yeah TEK!!! That's my kinda gym.

@jaymaximus I traded my fj cruiser in for a ford fusion last year.... $200/mo payments and maybe $50/mo for gas.

Pretty nice, but if someone so much as sneezes in my direction, the plastic fenders might explode.

Excuse my retardedest, but what are the kegs for?

What a monster...

Looks like a healthy way to lift though - no weird turns or twist, just a straight deadlift and then some movement.

Just how heavy were those kegs? Jeeeez.....

Edit: looked it up, the heaviest keg was 24kg - right over 50lbs. The bar's at 16'

Hoisting, lifting, walking around with:

i've never seen anything like that...might be like the mortal crossfit version.
See the tall and short black hard rubber ones?
except we don't have a fancy set up so we drag em out to the high side of the 3 story buiding parking lot and try to get one on the roof. I haven't seen one up there yet, but when new members make the mistake of parking there we laugh like hell when they bounce off their door panels. Someone launched the short one so hard they tore the handle off :(

The metal ones are capped, some filled with sand and some gravel/rock dust. They are for keg loading, it's essentially a progression to the stone work except the kegs are an intermediate object since they have nice handholds and roll up your chest like the stone or a log would.

^^^this chic is beast

Fuck that throwing shit. Lol I thought for sure that first dude was gonna get hit, maybe it wasn't that close.

Has anyone ever got hit by one em? Or just the trucks get hit?

I knew someone was gonna say it. Lol
My last bonfire all nighter at the inlaws place I strongmanned the entire box of wood in to the damn fire. From the dirt to over my head to overhead press slam directly in to the fire. NASA could see our party from space. Did I tell you how they got that gigantic wooden box full of wood to the site? A Silverado and 3 full grown men

1 squatch is enuff
Now gimme another beer

anyone that is flinging those things is already at a pretty high level of control imo...It's like anything else there are progression movements. You dont take someone off the street and have him doin snatch or C+J day 1....you break the exercise into smaller specific movements then build up to where you can string it all together. I want to try something like this, I'm not sure how to rig up a conventional home set up but it seems like it would be fun and an challenge..
