How much ya skwaat?

I was so fucking stoned I couldn't figure it out. When I read his reply I had one of those stoner moments when you sound like Spicoli and go "whoa, I got it man!" In the zone for sure haha!

You're totally crazy man. I am so lucky to have you as one of my best friends. Inner city! DQ

405 at 177 pounds [emoji16] then I dislocated my knee playing soccer about a month and a few days ago and now can barley squat 225...

Just the deserving ones;)

Haha yeah I'm trying to make sure I'm not one of those people [emoji23] rather teach myself and ask when I really need to. I've had surgery on both back in my sophomore year of high school. Broke my kneecap and tore my ACL in my right knee during a soccer game. Now I'm for sure just going to lift

I think the sleeves looked good maybe... but it is hard to recall since there was a picture of of some sort of Yeti legs right under it which rendered me blind.

I am actually typing this in Braille.

You should see my legs then....they'd provide enough fuel for fire to heat an entire Eskimo village for a winter season.

Used them wraps and sleeves today.
They do help but it appears I have slightly larger issues
So to squat or not to squat? That is the question.
Maybe couple weeks doing some thing less caustic would get me back to my good knees I used to have? I don't want this to be permanent pain

What's the issue with the knees?

When I get to parallel they hurt to high hell. Then the worst is when I'm done with the session. I cant stand or walk very well immediately post. Other than the usual plaguing back injuries, my knees make me feel very fucking geriatric. Started a couple weeks back

I was fucking dive bombing my reps with 365. Not good. Pretty sure that did it

Dive bombing can be done safely but you need to adjust for it and he especially careful of how far in front of your toes the knees go.

Do they hurt any other time besides squatting? Like if you don't squat, do they still hurt? Where is he pain on the knee?

One quick thing that might help is to floss your knees a few times a day. See if it helps restore motion in the joint. Is your ROM impeded in the knees?

Thanks brother, they are starting to hurt now. Even when not squatting. Which is what I fear the most. I can't locate the pain. When the joint is loaded maximally in the parallel or below position it is most intense pain. Wraps helped compress the knees today which did help. But I don't trust my gait when I'm finished.

I have been using a close stance toes slightly pointed out for a while. After switching to a wider stance and toes pointed way out has helped with the pain. Appears the damage has already been done tho
