In the morning?

what do you guys take in the morning? I have been looking in to it and some people say fast acting carbs others say bcas etc so just looking to see what you guys take in on a bulk cycle so any thing to help that along would be great haha.
 
Big ol helping of calories usually I the form of peanut butter, bacon, eggs, bagels, steak, casidillas, leftovers, Tim Hortons it really doesn't matter man if it fits your macros. IFFYM is overlooked and over complicated you need to hit X amount of calories find what X amount of protien works for you get X amount of fats in that keep you sane and full then the rest fill in with sweet sweet carbs preferably in the form of pop tarts donuts and other foods. I did chicken and rice and egg whites and all that kind of shit for 3 years and now this past year doing flexible dieting and reading all the articles and post this guy^^^^ (@Docd187123 ) puts up I eat with everyone else go out have whatever I want as long as at the end of the day I'm hitting desired calories and protien for sure the carbs and fats I go +\- 20-30g everyday but calories and protien always on point and I'm the fittest and possibly in the best looking shape as well

Omelet with four whole eggs and a cup and a half of cheese. Cooked in two tablespoons of coconut oil. Start my day off with that meal even when leaning out.
 
There's tons of things that say bca are great in the morning and before work outs etc but what about before bed good a bad idea? On a bulk cycle

Breakfast of bulking champions brother.... 2 soups protein.. 4 tbl spoons peanut butter.. 2 eggs , 4 tbl spoons canola oil and 16oz coffee... shake that shit up and slam it down ... try not to puke on your way to work

Fucking hate coffee and that sounds like a sloppy mess lol! I like my 4 egg omelette or scrambled eggs aha just trying to figure out about bcaas before bed and once awake etc aha.

thats not a bad idea honestly when you wake up your body needs protein and bcaas are the fastest to absorb
