Big ol helping of calories usually I the form of peanut butter, bacon, eggs, bagels, steak, casidillas, leftovers, Tim Hortons it really doesn't matter man if it fits your macros. IFFYM is overlooked and over complicated you need to hit X amount of calories find what X amount of protien works for you get X amount of fats in that keep you sane and full then the rest fill in with sweet sweet carbs preferably in the form of pop tarts donuts and other foods. I did chicken and rice and egg whites and all that kind of shit for 3 years and now this past year doing flexible dieting and reading all the articles and post this guy^^^^ (
@Docd187123 ) puts up I eat with everyone else go out have whatever I want as long as at the end of the day I'm hitting desired calories and protien for sure the carbs and fats I go +\- 20-30g everyday but calories and protien always on point and I'm the fittest and possibly in the best looking shape as well
