exciting times for me and my missus, seems we have are step away from approval to build another shed (gym)

If all goes to plan i should have it built in the next 12 weeks.

Haha yeh she comes with here own issues but positives massively out weigh the negatives she loves the gym just as much which helps

Yeh it was always my dream aswell and to have a workshop, so thats why im building another shed so i can have both lol

Yeh mate i do all my bench, squats, shrugs etc at the rack

Nah no cardio bro, i literally live across the road from a sports oval so i 'sometimes' do sprints

But pretty much fuck cardio lol
