Fuck those are some crazy numbers for natty
I'm hitting my first cycle in a couple weeks but I flat bench 270x5, incline 225x5 and thought I was strong
Never bulked above 15% bf but so there is that.
Hopefully at the peak of my cycle will be able to do 315 for reps
Dumbbells at my gym stop at 65lb and then they have 1 pair of 75's and 90's which don't even have a spot on the rack and just lay on the ground so I never even use dumbbells anymore unless I'm doing chest flyes or some shit
But the benefit of being in a bitch gym like mine is half of the members are girls and I'm one of the biggest dudes in there so it inflates my already inflated ego.....can't imagine what its gonna be like on cycle
