Onto the original topic. Hit 380 a couple days ago. 400+ soon.

Onto the topic of the gym clothes and such. You both can have both. I'd like to think j have a mixture of both. And @Americanada just because you "see" girls "mirin" (dumbest slang term ever by the way) doesn't necessarily mean they are looking at you cause they find you attractive...
You can have the girls, I'll take the women.

I'm still young not looking for a wife, just some girls dtf without me having to buy them food first

If they're fucking you without much effort on your part, they're not top of the gene pool. There's nothing wrong with that though. When you find somebody as good looking as them that doesn't have eyes for anyone but you that's top of the gene pool. Impulsive sluts aren't top of the gene pool. By the way, wear what ever you want to the gym, I have respect for almost anyone that lifts.

I've never bought gym clothes, everything I have is worn out work shirts and shorts other people didn't want anymore. I do buy Chucks to squat and deadlift in. To each their own though.

I buy Chucks as well but only when they are on clearance in my size. So I'm generally the guy walking around meets with some bizarre color scheme on my shoes. I've had lots of people comment on different pairs. They think it is a fashion statement when in reality I just refuse to pay more than $25 for a pair of Chucks.

I think I paid like $60 for my latest pair. I got the all black ones.

I feel ya, eventually you'll need to wife someone and gangas aren't top of the pool aside from some of their bodies

And in general what I mean by genes is physical stuff anyway, like for a dude narrow vs wide clavicles, insertions, waist size. Narrow clavicles you'll never be aesthetic, hence worse bodybuilding genes, or for physique purposes atleast
 
I go up to 265 on incline and get about 4 reps. Then work my way back down to 185 each set until failure. By the time I hit flat after hitting incline I havent been able to go higher than 245 for 4, but these are natty numbers. I cant wait to see where my current test cycle takes me. I just started.
 
Last night a hot ass chick came up to me and said she liked my shirt. Old pink Floyd shirt with the sleeves cut off.......I Don't really think my shirt got her to come over and talk to me lol. You dont need fancy gym clothes to pull ho's brother.

I haven't been getting any alerts, so I thought this thread may had died out. I'm glad it still going...lol.

Congrats on all PR'S (present or past). I took a much needed 2 1/2 week break from the gym. Working out each body part 3x a week is brutal. I'm in the gym 2 hours minimum each day, so a break was just what I needed.

Shoulder started up again, but I found a new mobility drill to break up the stiffness in the shoulder. Shoulder feels freaking awesome.

Just a tid bit of info here about what's going on...lol. I have to admit, I don't care for leg day! About 8 weeks ago I've been hitting them as hard as I can. I only do front squats, leg press and leg extensions. I'm proud to say that I can do 275 of front squats for 5. It's still a difficult exercise to master, but the progress is fast. @gr8whitetrukker

Funny thing...all of my home girls are making skinny leg jokes towards me. It's all good though. Next year hopefully, I'll have some tree trunks to complement my uppers


Now back to bench. Still haven't done flat and only focusing on incline. Upper chest is coming alone nicely. Going to push a little harder, but not get reckless here.

It is a difficult program. I can do it in an hour if im by myself. Im torn up when im done tho

Better hit those legs man. There are a couple people that go to my gym that are big and muscular up top with little toothpick legs. I wouldn't even wear shorts if I was them. It looks funny as hell. I'm not hardcore on legs but I do work them out so they'll match the rest of me.
 
My upper legs are big, but I don't work calves, so non lifters and casuals probably think I don't do legs when I'm in shorts. Until they see me do squats anyways.
 
I work the shit out of mt legs, and they are strong as hell, they just are not proportionate to my upper body. Drives me nuts
