Stuck in no man's land

I feel like I am stuck in no man's land. I am currently running test cyp 250mg/week along with tren 76mg EOD. I have made some quality gains in terms of recompisition. However, I have hit a plateau. My overall goal is to lean down to 215lbs (current 250 with 36.5 inch waist at the umbilicus) but I question whether it's in my best interest to stay on this cycle. The other option would be to simply cut out the tren and stick with the small dose of test and diet down. Allow a few months to pass and then do a lean bulk with test, tren, winny and maybe gh. Any suggestions?

*I realize testy cyp 250mg/week and tren 76mg/EOD are small doses, but it doesn't take much for me to respond.

* I am currently on my 12th week of tren

*My weight has gone up about 4 pounds but my bodyfat has steadily declined. But I have much more to lose

well you can strech it a few more weeks but even 15 weeks on test is pretty long the longest ive ever seen somone take test for on a cycle was 20 weeks tren shuts you down pretty bad even at lower doses. i would take a break and hop on when blood work is good again.

OP what's your age and how many years have you been training for? You seem a little inexperienced hence imo your current goals are unrealistic at this moment. No disrespect but I get the impression you are expecting Aas to accomplish this goal? This way of thinking really hurts your overall efforts. Also hindering your potential bests in different areas of training. Maybe look at more diet and intense cardio first to achieve the goal weight. Then incorporate Aas....GL

agreed even tren wont do much if you are not on your game with your training and diet for your goal

I turn 38 in a couple of months. I have been training for several years. I am content with the lean muscle I have gained but I am not near as lean as I would like. I am just going to diet without any AAS and then perhaps hit a lean bulk around Feb or March.

your diet obviously isn't good enough if you're struggling to lean out.

Very true. I think my initial post wasn't clear. I was torn whether to continue the aas as I lean out or diet naturally. I decided to diet without aas and then undergo a lean bulk with a few compounds later.

Good plan sir! At 250p and trying to reach 215p it's all about diet and cardio. With of course some weight training to keep a solid foundation. GL & hope to hear back that you achieved your goal

You could have dieted with the aas but dieting naturally is still a good choice, at least that way you can get the most out of the aas when you decide to bulk with it.

IMO, you should end this cycle and give your body a rest.. @36 yr old.. everything slows down..including gains! It appears you're shooting for the stars and not willing to settle landing on the Moon. How many cycle have you ran? Please don't tell me this is your 1st cycle? Adding to many compound at once and not knowing which ones work-IMO, is very dangerous! How's your blood panel/work?

Here's how long before the risk out weight the benefits:

Tren A- 10 week max
Tren E 16 week max
