New Canadian on TRT

Hey everyone. My family Dr. put me on TRT about a year ago after I had been complaining about my sleep getting worse and worse. Since then I have been on Orals (Andriol), Gels and now injections. The past few months have been great but am starting to get some acne and mood swings. Dr. won't let me self inject so I'm stuck at 200ml injects every 14 days. Awesome forum with tons of great reading. Thanks for all your input.

Forgot to say that, I'm here looking for ways to help with the acne and learn about elevated estrogen levels. Men aren't tested for estrogen levels in Canada (according to my GP)

Not much you can do about that, and I'm sure he keeps an eye on testosterone blood levels. Mood swings should be expected if you are only injecting every 2 weeks. I am using testosterone undecanoate for trt and it keeps blood levels more steady compared to using test cyp or enanthate.

Thanks for the feedback @Big_paul. I do have some mood swings as I get to around day ten. I have thought about self prescribing my own bi-weekly (alternating Dr.'s dose) shot but am scared that 200 ml weekly might be too much. Also as mentioned the acne thing is worrisome. The Dr. is sending me for bloods every 90 days so if my levels sky rocket I'm sure he would be asking questions. At times it almost seems like it would be easier without the Dr. involved.

What if you were to say.....add a little to make your tests higher so he'd lower your biweekly dose to half....and you give yourself the rest in between?
