Alright guys here it is I am 6'4'' 223lbs. At around 14% body fat. I eat clean at 45 carb/35 protein/20 fat, coming in at 3900 cals a day. I have been training for 8 years consistently. Currently I do a 6 on, 1 off workout schedule. 1RM Deadlift 545, squat 410, bench 335.

I am starting to cycle again for the first time in a little over three years and want to run it by the most educated dudes I know on the matter so brought it to Meso!

Weeks 1-12
Test E 600mg/wk
Weeks 1-10
Tren E 400mg/wk
Weeks 15-19
Clomid 100/50/50/50

Taking arimidex .5 eod

Any and all advice or criticism welcomed!

Kicking off on Monday!

I was thinking about getting a short ester Tren but returned to what I've used in the past, I am a creature of habit. I keep hearing about the high Tren low Test cycles, I just haven't fully decided yet. I think just getting back a strong test base will do me well, but I keep kicking it around...

First off I am not trolling you, I am just to the facts.

That workout is terrible.

Delts the day after chest.
Arms the day after back.
Deads and legs only 48 hours apart.

Massive over training, a total; no functional routine. reminds me of some crazy made up workout I would see in Muscle and fitness in the early 1980"s.

Okay well now that you've given your criticism, do you have any advice?

My personal opinion is either raise up your tren or lower your test brother... 500 test 600 tren or even 400 600... either way imo tren works better if it's higher than your test...should be a good cycle tho... interested to hear how it goes

What a useless fucking comment. What do you expect him to take from that?

Sure, and please do not take my comments as gospel or as insults. even the great Arnold said if he could go back in time he would improve by at least 20% from what he knows now and did not know back then.

First, chose a training program that fits your goals. If bodybuilding, then make it about that.

Second, their is no perfect workout so nothing wrong with experimenting and making mistakes along the way, this is how all champions learn.

Lastly. Remember the body is not muscles, it is movements. If you bench press you are not only training the pectorals you are also training the deltoids and triceps hard. Think about movements, think about recovery, think about how do I hit my body in the best way to grow, rest and avoid injury or over training, as well as under training.

A simple tried and true workout that is amazing is simply:

Push
Pull
Legs

You can hit it once a week, twice a week or go advanced and forget about the fake 7 day window and do your own thing. Cycle it so you hit each movement once every five days, or six days, or nine days if that is what works best for your body.

That is what I am seeing everywhere as the thing to do, I can't ask for advice and ignore direction lol. I will go 500 test e/ 600 tren e, same cycle breakdown.

I am continuing to reply to his posts as long as they are asked for. Helping a person is not a comment or insult, it is an ongoing sharing of information and opinions. We can all learn from each other, using profanity and insulting those trying to help is not going to contribute anything but hate.

I understand your aggression and quick rise to anger, we have all been their. Just relax, take some time to absorb the thread, and do not focus on one post. I wish you the best in your training.

I like a shorter ester so it actually feels like I'm gear straight from the bat haha long ester takes few weeks to build up

Thanks for the advice man, I have done this routine in the past. I love going almost every day of the week which I know can lead to overtraining. I am going to work on the placement of my different days to try and spread everything out to have more recovery time.

Whenever i have dabbled with short esters solely I feel like i get too much too quickly and get sides to onset.... I do have some Test P in the stock maybe I will try and kickstart the cycle a bit with that, what are your thoughts on doing that with the long esters as well?

Not saying it will be right for you... some peeps like to blast that test real high and run tren lower... personal preference I guess.... as for your workout sir, if it's working for you, ie.. your getting stronger and seeing improvements, then don't fix it... I understand what other peeps are saying here but bicepts for example, nothing wrong with working them the day after back or the day before... your bicepts are capale of being trained on a daily basis just like your abs and your tricepts... they don't need much recovery time... figure out what works for you

Before I started blast and cruise I always kickstarted with prop... 100 eod for 3 weeks..

Same here, that's why varying volume and intensity is so great, you can workout more often when you tweak these things.

Good luck with your goals, you are motivated and thinking so you will succeed.

Sounds pretty trolling actually. Do you even know what the guy's goals are? It is hard to make a comment about someone's programming when you don't know exactly what they are trying to work on. Be productive...
