View attachment 49807 made this for the wife. Shes needs to get back on track. Its my way of looking out for her.
All egg whites, 2 whole eggs(for extra fat), ham, bacon, broccoli, cheese, salami and a few pieces of butter thrown in to bring some taste too it. She can prolly dice it up for her lunches.
That will be what I do when I get sick of eggs again next time. Thanks.
