I'm starting to feel sick from all this protein. 5 25gram bars and 5 20g drinks a day . Thad not including meals
Alot of sugars and processed ingredients in those Muscle Milk products . Puts weight on me if I eat/drink too much (fat weight)
My mom was in the hospital for a few months and all the hospital had was Muscle Milk products . Thats half of what I ate everyday , been there

Thanks. I saw it at Kroger for $6, which is 3x's as much as neon sauce...El Yucateco Green Sauce. I know how good neon sauce is. Might give Green Tabasco a try. Gotta have dem hot sauces.
