Sounds pretty trolling actually. Do you even know what the guy's goals are? It is hard to make a comment about someone's programming when you don't know exactly what they are trying to work on. Be productive...

He did he did. I didn't get down to that point yet before positing. I still think it was rash. Being a strength coach myself I just know how specific programs can be to peoples' goals and limitations. There is no "perfect program" and you need to know he end goal before judging the program.

How's the cycle going?
 
Big plan was start Monday but actually bumped everything to yesterday( my arimidex and Clomid showed up finally, don't want to get started without all the pieces)
Pinned
250 test e in right glute
100 test p in left quad
300 tren e in left glute

Pinning again tomorrow with the test p, and Tuesday morn for the tren e/ test e

Feel like a bit of a pin cushion but once I drop the test p, won't be too crazy. So being that it has only been about 18 hours, I'm probably up about 20 pounds of muscle by now lol

Well I definitely have some PIP from the test p, but the tren e/ test e sites have much less so. Another test p this morning, 100mg in the right glute.

Pinned the Tren E 300mg/ Test E 250mg yesterday night, I am running Atlas Labs and after all the commotion over on that thread I decided to run everything through a filter to ensure safety. There was no floaters in anything i purchased but better safe than sorry.

This morning I did another pin of Test P 100mg, this stuff has been giving me serious PIP, if I continue to get it this badly I am going to stop pinning it entirely.
 
PIP is much better this time around with the Test P. It seems I'm doing this for my own benefit more than anything at this point, but at least I'll have solid record!

Alright guys here it is I am 6'4'' 223lbs. At around 14% body fat. I eat clean at 45 carb/35 protein/20 fat, coming in at 3900 cals a day. I have been training for 8 years consistently. Currently I do a 6 on, 1 off workout schedule. 1RM Deadlift 545, squat 410, bench 335.

I am starting to cycle again for the first time in a little over three years and want to run it by the most educated dudes I know on the matter so brought it to Meso!

Weeks 1-12
Test E 600mg/wk
Weeks 1-10
Tren E 400mg/wk
Weeks 15-19
Clomid 100/50/50/50

Taking arimidex .5 eod

Any and all advice or criticism welcomed!

Pinned my test prop yesterday morning, no PIP whatsoever. Thinking I am over the hump on that, it has been a few years since I have done this, thinking my body has acclimated again.

Pinned my Test E and Tren E this morning, really impatiently waiting for them to kick in!

Feeling the test prop already without a doubt, nothing crazy just elevated aggression in and out of the gym. Feeling great all in all.

So running a few days behind with the updates!

Pinned Test E/ Tren E on Saturday, and again this morning. Up a couple of pounds from where I started, attributing that to water weight thus far. Strength is up a little bit, but aggression is through the roof and I'm killing it in the gym.

Had to start up the arimidex on Sunday, starting to get some swelling around just my right nipple, not stoked on that but that is the burden of the beast. Took 1 mg when I first noticed, another .5mg this morning, will continue with .5 EOD for a few weeks. If it subsides I will cut it, if not I will continue. I am assuming it is in direct response the the Test Prop, short esters have given me sides in the past.

I have still been pinning the Test Prop EOD, going to do my last one tomorrow, as I am assuming the Test E should be building sufficiently at this point. Early on but feeling great, ready to make these gains.
 
Alright!
So I am up to 226 as of this morning, much more defined, operating at full tilt at the gym. I am putting up 10-15 more pounds in just about every exercise in the gym so far this week! I have been continuing with the same dose of 600 Tren E/wk, and 500 Test E/wk, split up into two shots(Tues/Sat.). I dropped my arimidex down to .25 EOD as my gyno sides seem to be under control for now.

So the Tren night sweats and the the trouble sleeping finally swept in last night... I tossed and turned most of the night and when I finally did crash i woke up absolutely soaking, with the fan on and a window open nonetheless. I know there isn't much I can do about the sweating but some pointers on achieving better sleep would be greatly apppreciated. FYI I am a recovering alcoholic/addict so I do not consider any benzodiazepines, tranquilizers, or sedatives a viable solution. If someone has any suggestions though I am all ears! Thanks in advance!
 
I am not having any prolactin sides. If I need it I can get some quickly, but I never have needed it in the past.

Been a while without an update...
Approaching the end of my 6th week on cycle, numbers are solid all the way around. Weight hit 235 this morning, solid lean gains. I was experiencing some water retention a few weeks ago but thankfully that has subsided. Put up 355 on bench for the first time in 6 years, but other than that I have been staying away from my 1RM and doing more medium weight, medium volume work.

I have also stocked up on Test Prop/ Tren Ace in case I decide to swithc to short esters and lengthen my cycle a few weeks. All in all very satisfied so far and looking forward to continuing with the gains!

Up to 240 this morning, feeling great about the cycle, definitely lost some definition but feeling good about 15 pounds in 7 weeks!
