Eggs, Toast and Protein Shake with 5 whites, 1 whole egg, coconut milk and Greek yogurt.
it's almond flour cream cheese mozzarella and an egg. I got the recipe online. it's a low carb pizza crust called fat head pizza.
I used tomato paste instead of sauce, and spread it thin. that's the highester carb ingredient. top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
pretty damn good.
I was about to eat the whole pie, but it's so good I have to let my wife try it.

I forgot to mention, last night I was fed Chocolate drizzled Strawberries in bed from my GF. I told her this is not on my diet and she simply replied, "than neither am I!"

I actually can't really complain. There hasn't been anything too horrible about this cut. I am looking forward to growing again though!!
