What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Wasn't too bad at all. Teriyaki chicken. My appetite has been all sorts of fucked up lately on this diet. I'm starving one minute and don't want food the next. I'm honestly a little concerned my appetite isn't going to be all there when it's time to blast off. Just a little mind fuck from the cut I guess.
You will do fine

You boys need to cut
Perma bulk just makes your body have it too easy. Pack on too much fat
The cut is a necessary thing.
Look at the horizon. Not at your feet

I think some really magical things happen when your body comes out of a long cut and then you suddenly starting giving it what it needs to grow.

BP issues

Sean, I remember you talking about Viagra a while back. Have you ever tried out Cialis? My BP was running high side of normal and was a bit of a concern for me due to family history - low dose of Cialis has had it right in range. I've been really enjoying the effects of it so far. Best pump I think I've ever had in the gym too.

I think I might order 100 grams of raw and cap it as it is cheap enough.

Thanks for looking out for me @Eman

You will be good, that's been my morning drink for some time now only I add some oats to it. I can drink eggs better than cooking them and eating them.

I like that glass. Lol Your granola on oats always looks good. I need to try it...

It's something called "Shopkins" on that glass. I'm not familiar with them, but they look like Pokemon.

I got the granola at Aldi's. I've been shopping there lately now that I'm in a different town. 220 calories per serving and 10g of protein. I've dumped it in cereal and it's not bad like that either.

I eat the same aldi granola. Its packed isnt it? Dont taste bad neither

Yeah, it comes in a green bag. I think it's oats and honey flavor. The other option is chocolate something or other and I'm not a fan of chocolate. This flavor is kind of neutral and goes with about anything.
Walmart sells a better tasting brand albeit its loaded with sugar. Some thing i dont need. So in that case aldis it is. Aldis sells some pretty awesome shit actually. Come a looong way.
I used to contract outta aldis for their whole service delivery. I did alot of their supplier pickups too. The big factories that make the name brand stuff is the same factories that make the off brand aldis stuff. Fact

Whether its the same ingredients and recipe, idk. But dont overpay for the same stuff

Milk is literally half what it is at Kroger. I never shopped at Aldi's because there isn't one in my hometown. Now that I'm near one in liking it though. They even have a generic equivalent of Ezekiel bread that's a few bucks cheaper. It seems similar anyway, although they don't keep it in the freezer.

Yes sir. Milk is a commodity it doesnt change factory to factory. Overpaying is stupid. Its $1/gallon on my local aldis
