Confession time. I tried out another board, SG as some of you may know. Saw a lot of familiar guys over there, but I gotta say meso is where it's at. I'm here for good meow.

This is what I'm doing.
Fuck bodybuilding. It ain't me.
I'm going to lift heavy shit.
Thank you @insaiyan93 for helping me pull my head out of my ass.

I'm going to deadlift all the pounds.
600 is the goal. 455 for 4 was my max pre injured hand. I can only hold 315. Above that hurts. So slow and steady.

I missed you ladies.
Let's get shit going.

Weighed 235 today.
Got 405 for 6 on squat.
All you strength guys out there, as this log gets going and I get deeper into the power lifting stuff, I would really appreciate your input!
 
Idk what i did, but im glad i did it. Powerlifting is more fun anyways...you get to eat more food, and you dont have to do as many reps hahahaha.

Plus dude you're already rocking a good physique, if i looked like you i would not be cutting anymore haha

You're always saying shit on my forums about wasting away with bodybuilding. I knew you were right, but I figured I would try it anyways.

I'll drop some weight here soon, just gonna let myself settle back down to 210 or so. Seems to be my natural comfort zone. Don't give a shit about being big. Just wanna flip over a car.

Well shit you'll get big anyways, look @Perrin Aybara and @RodgerThat they really dont weigh much but they damn sure dont look small. I wouldnt wanna tussle with either of em hahaha
 
Its a gift and a curse man, you wouldnt believe how many times i bump my head on shit in a week, and finding blankets that are long enough to cover me from shoulders to feet? Forget about it.

Only thing that really gives me issues is finding a shirt that doesn't ride up to my nipples when I stretch out.
 
Doing pretty good actually. I can be pull ups and lateral raises. The only shitty part is having to rest it and adjust my grip after every rep on deads

What kind of grip are you using? Or do you switch depending on weight?

You might want to expirement a little and see whats more comfortable. I know @RodgerThat does double hook and likes it.
