Thats not salt , thats a flax kernel . Its flaxbread , really seedy . Still keeping carbs low , but not eliminated .

6lbs Muscle Milk, whole milk, eggs, egg whites, berries of all kinds, water, and some meat for the family. I eat the grass fed Amish meat only, I get from their farm I've mentioned. Costco is a great place sometimes.
How do you know the cows are actually Amish? Do they have beards and wear hats?
Im sure there are health reasons that a dummy like me cant understand, but I never got why people want free range chickens and animals. They say its more humane. But whats more humane, letting an animal enjoy life and then taking it and chopping it up into little pieces for my consumtion...or letting it know from day 1 you're fucked?

It's so much cheaper to hunt and harvest your own meat. I had a friend who use to hunt every year and I use to have a freezer filled with lean venison meat. I use to eat like a greasy king lol.

They lease some of our land to feed them on buddy. They actually supply most of the baked goods and Turkey for Thanksgiving. About 30 people at our dinner every year. When I say Amish beef, I meant Amish supplied lol

Btw my 24lb 19 year old dog Buddy jumped on the table and ate a whole loin of pork by himself... Not the first time he's pulled some shit like that. He once ate a 1lb sirloin steak and 2-6 ounce filet mignons. Dog is stealing my gains!!!! Lol nah, if anything I think it's good once in a while for him to seek out food. I keep him lean. Reason why he's 19 years old. Little wise ass motherfucka , always scheming... I love it. Hungry like the wolf.
