@Geterdun keep doing what you are doing.... keep an eye on the macros and watch the magic happen.Well, I'm supposed to nap after my workout and shake, but fuck, that Filet put me out. @rubisean buddy, I was starting to put weight on way to fast for me. It was time to tighten it back up and I will be on a real good cycle in a while, so I need to keep my diet locked. End of November that is.

Late night cereal binge. Not my first choice of cereal, but I'm at my mom's house tonight and that's all there is. Polished off 2/3 of the box.
Edit: I was under my calories when I went to bed. Had wicked heartburn earlier and got behind on the eating. This should put me where I need to be.
I didnt even know they made frosted krispies. Back in my day I used to have to get rice krispies and pour half a bag of sugar on top.
