What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Yeah I do. I bake or grill everything. best way and I feel a lot better.
So do I, as I've spent so much time battling the fat as I was a fat fat kid. I even kicked the salt habit as I had a BP scare 2 decades ago. My health is quite good for my age and I'm happy enough right now.

My mother never salted her cooking and neither did I but we do add iodine salt to occasional meals to aid in thyroid function. I use to be a 310lb fat boy defensive lineman in highschool lol. Really really fat... I slimmed down to 175lbs with starvation/water diet and running and 8 years later I'm 250-255lb lol

Story of my life lol.

As I suffered thru my childhood for being fat I had an epiphany at 13 and thought enough was enough so over 2 years I dieted, ran 2 miles a day and took part in soccer, football and swim teams for my school and by time I turned 15 I slimmed down to 115lbs from 170. Now sitting at 182lbs at a hale and hearty 52!
