Okay so I got some great advice on here for building traps in another thread so here I go again. In right handed and pay close attention to form when doing chest exercises due to my left pec being significantly smaller than my right. Just curious if anyone has had the same issue and what are some of the best ways to get it to be symmetrical to my right. (I've tried higher reps on the left side with db's and even heavier weight on the left side with both db and bb)
