Power through my man, always power through!!!!
Most of the time when sick I'd hardly eat anything, so there's like a 10lb loss after a bout with bad flu.

Scrap salad night ---baby spinach leaves/half lb roast beef/corn tortillas/unsalted peanuts--
dressing : 1 tbs xtra virgin olive oil/ 1 tsp lemon juice
