Thin build cycle help

Ok so I know this is a commonly asked question. But I haven't found anything that fits my body type. Also my first time on here so please bare with me.
I'm 25 years old
6'1' 180lbs
Thin build but tone.
I've been training hard for 3 1/2 years now and in those three years I've put on about 20 pounds naturally. But I'm the last 8 months haven't gained a pound. My goal is to someday be 200 plus pounds. Yes I want the size like everyone else does. I would like to try a cycle. Just curious what everyone thinks is good for my body type and what will help me pack on some mass.

I appreciate any help I can get. I've done my research for a while now. I just don't trust all I read online. Looking for some solid advice. Thanks

Here's the thing man

The drugs aren't just going to suddenly change the laws of how your body mass is governed. If you are stuck at 180 lbs and can't eat enough to get past 180 lbs, do you want to know what will happen on cycle?

You will get to 190 lbs with water weight right away, feel really strong and great, and then come off, lose the water and strength gains, and be 180lbs again.

If you can really be DEDICATED to EATING to get big for 6 months or so without the drugs then maybe it would be worth it to try a cycle . Otherwise all you are doing is harming your body for some temporary gains.

Take it from somebody who did a cycle too early (at 25 just like you) and wishes they waited. It's really tempting but it's just not worth it without the fundamentals of bodybuilding in order. Good luck and eat some fucking food pussy

And for your actual question Testosterone Enanthate or cypionate at 250mg twice a week for 12 weeks

3 weeks off

Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50

Bloods before during and after

Right on brother. I didn't know I had to eat. Thanks for the help

As you have even pointed out. This is, one of many, very commonly asked questions. 999 out of 1000, the OP has flaws in diet and/or training. Usually it is diet more so than training. So check out the nutrition threads. You could make strides in achieving your goals with zero risk. Of course, you are free to do as you wish. Good luck with everything.

You didn't search that hard because I just found a shit load of info on ectomorph cycles. But as Jay mentioned, most likely diet and training :(

You should get the my fitness pal app. Start tracking your macros. Once you get an idea of how much you're eating, find out what you need to supplement to get up to 3500-4000 calories, 200g protein, 300g carbs.

I make my own protein shakes with 1000 calories each when I'm bulking. It's easy to do, you just need to be consistent.

Eat more. You aren't going to gain a single pound of muscle if you don't take in enough calories.

You'll take gear, gain some water weight, then lose is. Just fix your diet.

Thanks for all the help guys. My diet isn't perfect by no means. But I do take in a lot of protein and calories. I will reevaluate my diet and get it down to more of a science. I know the health risk of gear and I still think I will go that route but I'm going to give it time. Its just hard when you eat twice as much and train twice as much as the next guy but see very slow results. Thanks again.

I can promise you that if you eat big and you lift big you will get big.
I hear you on that. There is always room for more food. I eat at least five meals a day and make sure it's what I need. The biggest problem I see is let's use arms for example. I lift more and do more sets then buddy's that are way bigger then me. That's my strong area. Yet my arms are not that big. I guess decent for my size and weight. I get good results all around as far as strength gains and just looking good but trying to build mass is my issue.

Yep what big paul said. I had to learn it when I was young too. Had to seriously eat, and stick at it consistently. If after 8 months you aren't growing, then you simply didn't eat enough. Get it figured out before the steroids.

Sorry but this isn't good advice. Way more than 200g pro and 300 carbs. Especially if he's gonna be on cycle. I'm on 250p/275c/60f and I'm cutting in a large deficit. And he would have to take in 1500-2000 calories of fat a day to reach 3500-4000 with those macros?? Did you confuse something? Not good advice

Better would be 250-300p 450-500c and 80-100f depending on how big a surplus you want. If that even is a surplus for you... some people with active jobs maintain at like 5k calories

Eat more dont look at scale look in mirror protein shake between meals to help you get that extra protein in if your having.problems with that and make sure you have some carbs in there

I wasn't talking about on cycle. The concensus of all replies prior to mine was he needs to eat more first before trying to cycle, which is what I was giving my .02 cents on.

And you most definitely can reach those calories without a bunch of fat. It's quite easy. I've seen many guys including myself get solid gains from the macros I outlined.
