Thin build cycle help

For a lot of people struggling to gain weight, 200g minimum protein is a relatively decent starting point, might not be ideal for some. But pushing 300g of protein can be tough for new people especially if trying for more whole food sources.

Do the standard dbol kickstart for a month with test e/c 500mg cycle for 12 weeks.

You'll get your 200lbs then realize getting to 200lbs isnt everything.

I wasn't talking about on cycle. The concensus of all replies prior to mine was he needs to eat more first before trying to cycle, which is what I was giving my .02 cents on.

And you most definitely can reach those calories without a bunch of fat. It's quite easy. I've seen many guys including myself get solid gains from the macros I outlined.

Do you understand how calories work? If you have 200 protein and 300 carbs, that is 2000 calories. It's a definite number it's not up for debate. So how do you get 1500-2000 more calories if you aren't eating them in fat? Lol your post makes no sense

Sorry, my post was kind of dickish, I'm not trying to be a dick. But in case you were unaware, this is how macros are broken down

Carbohydrates- 4 calories per gram
Protein- 4 calories per gram
Fat-9 calories per gram
Alcohol-7 calories per gram

So if you instruct OP to eat 200p and 300c but to eat 3500-4000 cals, he is only getting 2000 calories from carbs and protein. The remaining 1500-2000 would have to come from fat, at 9 calories per gram. You are looking at 170-220 grams of fat to reach those cals! I'm not saying you couldn't gain on it, but that is a lot of fat, and a large amount of those calories would best be used on slightly more protein and a LOT more carbs. You are basically reccomending a 20% protein 30% carb 50% fat macros if you want him to eat 4K cals with your stated macros. That is NOT ideal for building muscle!!

I stand corrected then. No worries man that's what this board is for. I must have made errors in my tracking according to your information. You're not being a dick brother I was just misinformed.
