Bodybuilding Log

This is a log I will be maintaining to keep track of my progress and goals.

Current stats:

bw 194-195lbs post piss

Goal:

Goal is to grow.

To add more mass while maintaining or improving body composition

IOW, to slowly work towards attaining a legit bodybuilder physique. Shit takes time tho.

I understand the absurd amount of time it takes to attain an impressive physique and I don't expect to be able to get shredded and be 200+ at the same time at my height without years and years more of grinding, but I would like to build enough mass to be able to compete in bb'ing at a local show and do okay sometime this year or next.

Steronz:

Sustanon 3cc / week (750mg week pinned MWF)

Deca Durabolin 2cc / week (600mg pinned at once)

GHRP-6 taken as needed to spool up appetite (100mcg per shot)

Diet:

Pretty generic stuff. I will outline it as I go. It's not half assed or anything, but I allow myself a fair bit of flexibility on the daily with regards to meals. Adherence is critical for me.

Training:

JM's Gauntlet. It's a high frequency BB'ing program, and it's fantastic. I love high frequency.

Subbed. Interested in your progress with MD high freq program. I love MD training. Have ran several. Running program 1 pain and suffering now.

Thanks gentlemen.

Yesterday's diet (10/29) was as follows:

Meal 1 - 250g fresh Atlantic salmon, 1 cup OJ mixed w/ 1 cup egg white, and a couple sweet potato's just because I didn't feel like making rice and that's all I had in the fridge before work.

Meal 2 - Steak burrito (150g round steak) - I buy these big ass tortilla rolls that are about 320 calories each and 50g carbs, I generally use about 200g Round steak in each wrap, so its about 700 calories each and easy as hell to eat. I will generally eat 2 of these after a training session but today was an off day.

Meal 3 - Steak burrito (150g round steak)

Meal 4 - 250g fresh Atlantic salmon, 1.5 sweet potato, 1 cup OrangePeachMango juice mixed w/ 1 cup egg white

Meal 5 - 250g Round steak, 2x tortillas

Fell asleep after that.

Going to go train rite now, upper day today.

Sub'd my friend. How tall are you?

5'7

Ditto. Can see the scar on his shoulder/front delt like a badge of honor of sorts. Being in the training game injury is part of the territory (even though we do not ever want injury to happen).

Thank you.

As far as hardware removal goes - I won't be getting the plate removed and most orthopedic surgeons won't want to unless the hardware becomes symptomatic, which it isn't. It's just another big invasive surgery for nothing which means more immobilization.

There is no scenario in which I can actually feel the plate inside my arm at all, so all is good. No limitations and stronger than prior to surgery.

I see so if the hardware isn't giving you any issue now you are g2g, but don't you now have to carry a card when you go thru metal detectors?

Great that you are making a solid comeback post surgery and isn't muscle memory a great friend?
