Another Pharmacom log! All the way from Canada eh

I don't actually do squat or bench, but I will be checking on my deads. I'm not much of a bodybuilder, I'm more looking for performance and recovery for Judo and MMA. But yes, I will be taking note of my lifts. I might even do a 1RM at the gym in a week and then again at the end of my cycle. Most of my workouts consist of a circuit type program, medium to high reps, lots of bodyweight, judo movements (known as uchi komi in the judo world), things like that. Whenever I think about skipping cardio and just lifting big weights I think to myself 'cardio wins fights, not bench press'.

Too much DOMS and it sort of ruins my flexibility. I do plenty of squatting at Judo and my quads and hams get plenty jacked, but for me to be pounding out heavy reps of squats and then grapple the next day just isn't feasible. I'm sort of hoping that pinning test will allow me to recover quick enough to be able to do both but I'm not hopeful.

I need to follow this logic .. cardio is hell for me atm and just too tired at the end of a workout to do any type of cardio. Yea just currently on 200mg Tren E / Test E a week. Running tren really low cause wanted to see how I react with E ester. Was going to double to 400mg real soon but Idk anymore since my caber turned out to be bad .. :(

I don't think anyone on tren likes cardio :p Its one of those compounds I need to avoid if I want to continue grappling.

So to clarify my cycle, I'm no longer on Mission orals. Everything Is Pharmacom.

Pharmacom Test C (used to be E, but changed to C with the reship)
Pharmacom Tbol
Pharmacom Proviron

I'm starting to get back into the groove again. Felt strong, surprised myself at the weight I moved today. I do biceps absolutely last and I do up and down the rack for bicep barbell curls. I was completely exhausted and still managed to get 8 reps at 80lb and then do 8 reps on each bar all the way down to 20lb. Was awesome.

Lunch for the week: Lemon chicken. Forgot to buy more brocolli though so its a bit sparse on the veggies.

For the first time in a long time I have looked in the mirror and haven't hated my body. So there's progress.

That's always good but remember what is important which is being able to punch your next opponents teeth through the back of their head. ;) That said I'm happy you are achieving your goals which is what I'm striving for .
