Guns

Constitutional carry IS what our founding fathers wanted and believed in.

Certain limits, however, are necessary. That is partly why the NFA was created. They classify weapons into Classes. Similar to the schedule class of drugs. This was done in the 30's. A time when the mob had more firepower than the police. The NFA balanced things out to make it illegal to even manufacture certain weapons. This gave the power back to the police.

Class 3 weapons include: explosives, suppressors, short barreled rifles/shotguns and machine guns. Flamethrowers, surprisingly, are completely legal in the US, pending the state's individual laws on it. In fact, incendiary weapons can be obtained by using incendiary rounds in a plain old shotgun. Since you are not changing the "weapon" it will be legal depending on your state's regulations.

Don't ever use a Class 3 weapon for self defense though. You WILL be charged with manslaughter in EVERY self defense case as the argument WILL be made SUCCESSFULLY in court of excessive force and that your self defense was "neglectful".

Also, keep those stupid fucking green "Zombie" rounds out of your weapons for self defense. You are basically going to seal your fate for manslaughter if you EVER use those rounds in defense as it is NOT typical ammo and will show a lack of appropriate use and prosecutors will argue that your actions were not something a "reasonable person" (the standard) would use. (I know right, the green tip is the difference between a successful case of self defense and manslaughter!? Believe it or not, IT IS!) Cannot show neglect OR excessive force during a self defense court case (despite the maniac chasing you with a knife ).

I know, doesn't make sense sometimes. But that is how it will play out. Trust me!

I guess it depends what your interpretation of the 2nd amendment is?
Some including myself feel the 2nd amendment is a right to carry any weapon without permit, without registration or own any weapon without permit, without registration.

But common sense should exclude some people from these constituional given rights. Felons, people with mental issues. I dont think we should be allowed to have explosives or incendiary weapons tho. Thats about it?

Nothing like a lil Tannerite in a pumpkin!

Guaranteed to make you look incompetent in court. Why they came out with this is beyond me.
I got a couple boxes laying around the wife got me for Christmas a year or two ago:oops: she did it more as a joke. I'll admit they group really well. I don't see someone losing a home defense case due to the ammo in the guno_O

The zombie ammo shouldn't seal your fate. If it's justified it's justified. That said I won't carry it in my edc simply because it would be brought up in court and you don't know who's on the jury.

Don't take this the wrong way, because I want to educate you or anyone reading this for your benefit. You don't know what you don't know. I know and I want to share with you.

I'll show you a self defense case lost with the main offense being the SCARY NAME of the weapon. I'll show you hundreds where the case was lost because the weapon used was not typical and argued to be "scary looking." In all those instances, someone tried to kill the innocent person, and the person who made the "justified" shot is guilty.

This is not talk. I can show you, or rather you should do some research on court cases yourself. I don't think that you understand that in most situations you are automatically assumed guilty and will undoubtedly get sued as well.

Do you know how much it will cost you to WIN a self defense case when someone tries to kill you? About the price of a Ferrari. And that is for a WIN. Don't take any of this lightly.

Having a weapon is like having a fire extinguisher. You should just always have one. USING a weapon is no fucking joke. It is because there is zero other options and serious shit will happen if you don't use your weapon and it is simply worth the consequences. If you have to use your weapon, you have already lost.

Below is a true story:

Guy 1 and girl break up. Girl goes and hooks up with guy 2. A few weeks later they throw a party at Guy 2's house and they invite many people, including Guy 1.

Guy 1 at some point goes crazy and an entire house full of witnesses saw Guy 1 chase Guy 2 into his bedroom with a fireplace poker literally trying to impale him.

While in the bedroom Guy 2 gets his gun and shoots Guy 1 killing him.

Now here is the funny part: Guy 2 is found GUILTY for manslaughter. The court and jury decided that Guy 2 "should have known better and was not reasonable in INVITING THE GUY OVER TO A FRIENDLY PARTY!"

You are not judged by your peers or someone who understands use of force like you. You are judged by a roomful of completely avaerage people, 95% of which who have never touched a firearm.

Not an actual story but taught in a lesson by a famous self defense "expert witness":

3 people jump you and try to beat you to death. In a split second, in complete panick and fear of dying, you pull out your gun and shoot ALL 3 of them.

You are now guilty of unreasonable force for killing that last guy. It should have been a one on one fist fight then. You used unreasonable force in shooting an unarmed guy.

NO JOKE.

In Florida it would be different. you jump 3 guys, (black with hoodies). you start to get your ass kicked and shoot all 3 .
Gotta stand your ground.

You gotta throw a pack of skittles at them first, and say it looked like a gun! Lol. Funny, but still a great observation. Local people will view things differently. Shoot someone in Texas, not much to worry about. Shoot someone in Washington DC and you are toast.

No soooo true about Texas
A year or 2 back a resident shot a repo man attempting to jack his car from a 2 story window.. Turns out they frown upon that :(

The TDI is AWESOME. I wear the mini version concealed everyday in a horizontal holster for easier concealment and drawing out the weapon with my non dominant hand.
